The harsh accusation of the  Cartel del Golfo to the Governor of Tamaulipas: “We gave you millions of pesos”. With narcomantas, the criminal organization accused Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca has breached his word of allowing them to operate and stop their rivals from competing for the plaza.

This weekend several blankets appeared in different areas of the city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, allegedly signed by the Cartel del Golfo, with threats against Governor Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca and his brother, Senator Ismael García Cabeza de Vaca.

The governor's campaign was allegedly funded by the Gulf Cartel in exchange for having control of Tamaulipas Plaza  and preventing the CJNG from arriving; now they call him a traitor.

Hilario Sierra has been wanted by authorities in Los Angeles, California since 1998, when he was found to be primarily responsible for the commission of the crime of kidnapping to commit a robbery of a car with violence, as well as homicide. At that time, the Los Angeles Police Department warned that it was likely that Sierra, a member of the “WSK” gang, had escaped to Mexico to evade justice.

Just one week after an inspector of the State Police was executed in Cancun after being kidnapped and tortured, two motor- cycle policemen were shot yesterday morning and one apparently died.

According to preliminary reports, three subjects attacked the municipal police of Benito Juárez, killing one and leaving another badly injured.

Hitmen entered a mechanical workshop located in the Waterfill area, near the Zaragoza bridge, to execute a man. That man was Orlando Marín Delgado, "El Borrego" 22,  the target of the armed men, who arrived at the Multi Services Palmas workshop, located on Nardos Street, and shot him in the head, a Municipal Police agent reported.

The man who was executed in a workshop on Waterfill Avenue was wanted by the authorities, for being one of the generators of violence in the Juarez Valley and had disputes with "La Linea" for the plaza. Marín Delgado was wanted by the authorities of the three levels of government since 2016 and worked for Gabino Salas Valenciano.

Sinaloa Cartel says they are responsible for killing Colombian politician

The Sinaloa cartel has allegedly claimed responsibility for the killing of Colombian regional election candidate Karina Garcia this month, as reported by Pulzo.

A car carrying Karina Garcia, a Liberal Party candidate in the municipality of Suarez in Cauca Province, the politician's mother, three local activists, and a candidate for the municipal council, was reportedly shot at on 2 September while it was driving on a highway in the mountainous region, before being set on fire.

Colombian authorities have previously alleged that the killing was carried out by the leader of the dissident FARC group, which has been increasingly active in the area.

Authorities are continuing to search for defendants Milton Ponce, 31, of Paramount, and Jonathan "Thiago" Ortiz, 30, of Downey, who are believed to be fugitives, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

In the take down, law enforcement seized 44.1 pounds of cocaine, multiple firearms, three trap cars and equipment for making butane honey oil, which contains a much higher percentage of THC than found in traditional marijuana products, prosecutors said.

Villegas and Moreno, the operation's alleged ringleaders, obtained kilogram quantities of heroin and cocaine from Mexico for U.S. customers, according to the indictment.

A large network of cocaine was discovered by elements of the Mexican Navy while walking along the eastern coast of the island of Cozumel.

During a routine tour, navy personnel noticed a buoy with a beacon tied to it a few meters from shore in the beach area of Punta Chiqueros. Noting how unusual a beacon was for that area, the navy called in divers who were sent out to investigate. It was an active buoy with geolocation; which the authorities noticed on the eastern part of the island.

When divers reached the underwater site, they found a large submerged net with numerous packages wrapped inside. The entire network was weighed down by a wood structure. Once brought to land, the inspected packages turned out to be cocaine. Several other loose packages were said discovered a few meters from the main site.

A man was executed inside the "Plaza Bugambilia" in the city of Cuernavaca in the state of Morelos.

The man who was killed in a square in Cuernavaca, was identified by the Prosecutor's Office as an operator of the Sinaloa Cartel. The FGE reported that the deceased was recognized as Orlando Sánchez Calderón, 'El Javi' , one of the main operators of Dámaso López Núñez , 'El Licenciado'.


'El Javi', was mentioned by López Núñez in the trial against Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán in New York, United States. According to the boss, he was one of his trusted men and was in charge of co-opting the authorities.

A shipment of 780 kilograms of crystal meth, heroin, opium gum, fentanyl in pills and powder, cocaine and clonazepam tablets, hidden in 4,800 cans of “Jumex” brand juice, was discovered by soldiers at the El Rosario military revision checkpoint, in the south of the municipality of Ensenada.

Within the 4,800 cans of juice were found various synthetic drugs such as crystal, heroin, opium gum, fentanyl in pills and powder, cocaine and clonazepam tablets.

An armed group fired high-powered weapons at a Ford car dealership in the city of Celaya, Guanajuato. Although there were no injuries reported, the damages are substantial and above all, they increased the climate of terror suffered by the capital of Guanajuato. Pedro has filed with the court a pleading in which he says the government promised relief in exchanged for his testimony in the trial of El Chapo.  

Chapo was sentenced to life without plus 30 years and is incarcerated in Florence Colorado Supermax.

El Brackets shared photographs on social networks where he appears carrying weapons of heavy caliber, communication equipment, kevlar helmets and cloned uniforms of the Mexican Army.

Through Twitter there emerged new images of the boy sicario from the Cartel del Noreste in which he appears with painted lips and emojis that profess to ridicule him.

US Sentences Former Nayarit State Attorney General to 20 Years Plus $1,00,000 Fine

The Brooklyn Federal Court declared this conviction for the alleged involvement of the former official in a drug trafficking case.

The US authorities allege that a violent drug cartel that trafficked cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine to the United States bribed the official from 2013 until he was arrested in 2017.

Edgar Veytia , a former Nayarit prosecutor , was sentenced by New York judge Carol Bagley  to serve a 20-year prison sentence , as well as to pay one million dollars ($1,00,000) after pleading guilty to being a drug trafficking participant. He pled guilty to participating in an international conspiracy to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana in exchange for receiving large bribes.

A year-long investigation led to 85 people being charged with narcotics and money laundering, by federal law enforcement authorities.

Federal authorities in San Diego said Thursday they had broken up a large network of drug dealers linked to the Sinaloa cartel that peddled methamphetamine, heroin and fentanyl from East County to points across the nation.

At a news conference at the local office of the Drug Enforcement Administration, officials said 85 people had been indicted for their roles in eight separate drug importation and distribution groups. On Thursday federal and local law enforcement fanned out and arrested 47 of the 85 defendants across southern California and reaching into Colorado and as far north as Alaska.

A call was received to the Forest and Zoo Department of Mexicali, where the staff was asked to rescue of a donkey that was locked in an abandoned house in the Portales neighborhood, inside a property which was allegedly used by drug addicts as a crack house.

Upon arriving at the scene the forest staff realized that the animal was in very bad health conditions.

Mexican Drug Lord Arrested at Colombia's Int'l Antioqui Airport

A Mexican man identified as E. Hurtado Ramírez, wanted by the Interpol for cocaine trafficking and money laundering, was arrested at Colombia’s International Antioquia Airport on Friday. According to Colombian authorities, the man will be extradited to the U.S.


Authorities said the man “was arrested when he tried to board a commercial flight to Mexico City” and added that “Hurtado Ramírez entered (Colombia) on September 18, taking advantage of the fact that there were no arrest warrants issued against him. Nevertheless, the statements made while he entered the country raises suspicion among the migration authorities,” who decided to get in touch with the Interpol and “monitored his activities” in Colombia.

In Mexico, four children die every day due to violence. The Save the Children organization launched a campaign to try to reverse the situation.

Mexico is not a safe place for children. Every day, girls, boys and adolescents are victims of murders, lost bullets and kidnappings. The risk of an infant being killed in Mexico is much greater than in countries where there is an armed conflict, such as Palestine or Syria .

Save the Children, an international non-governmental organization that aims to work for the rights of children, revealed that four children die every day in Mexico because of violence.

US Coast Guard cutter intercepted a "narco sub" carrying 12,000 pounds of cocaine in the Pacific Ocean this month.

"Narco subs" have become increasingly popular with smugglers, as they can carry huge drug loads and are hard to detect. Also: Colombia's cocaine production is at an all-time high, and the country's navy keeps catching 'narco subs'.

Coast Guard crew members aboard the cutter Valiant intercepted a self-propelled semi-submersible carrying 12,000 pounds of cocaine in the eastern Pacific Ocean this month, arresting four suspected smugglers in the process.

According to Italian media, the detainee is known as "Doctor Wagner" , he is one of the most important managers of cocaine trafficking from Mexico to the United States and an important member of the Sinaloa cartel, directed by Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán Loera , currently imprisoned in the United States.

The Mexican Ramón Cristóbal Santoyo , 43, was arrested at the Fiumicino airport in Rome, Italy when he was boarding a plane to Paris, although he had a search and capture order issued by the United States authorities and Interpol for drug trafficking crimes. Alexis Oswald replaced his father and according to the authorities became the new  leader of the criminal group known as "Los Rojos" , after the arrest of his father, in the organization that operates in Morelos, Guerrero and part of the State of Mexico.

“The detention was carried out on Monday, September 23, thanks to the collaboration between authorities that make up the State Coordination Table for the Construction of Peace,” Prosecutor of Morelos.

Six people were killed between 03:00 and 04:00 AM on Friday, September 20, inside a private home, located on Ahuatepec Street, near the Paso Express car wash in the Antonio Barona neighborhood of Cuernavaca, Morelos.

According to preliminary reports cited by the Quadratin agency, a group of armed men forced the entrance of the house and shot at the six men who were inside it.

Five people died instantly and one more died in a hospital in the Morelense capital. While in one of the bathrooms of the house, the authorities found hidden two minors, who were unharmed.
