The Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) returns with a new interrogation video. For this broadcast a young man by the name of Juan Daniel Arenas Zepeda aka El Lobo warns criminals of their impending doom.
El Lobo, an alleged fuel thief from Xonacatepec, Puebla, has been captured by the armed group that presents itself as the Mencho Special Operations Group of the CJNG.
Captive: My name is Juan Daniel Arena Zepeda aka El Lobo. I am a priority objective for the government of Puebla. And I’m currently in this room just to let everyone know that if you’re out there committing theft, extortion, kidnapping, and abusing the townspeople. Your fate will eventually end horribly here.
Sicario: This message also goes out to all civil servants who assist in crime. Such as thefts, kidnappings, extortions, and engaging in loan sharking. No mercy will be given to you. Everyone will be killed by us because you’re all the same scumbags. We already have a list of every public official who is supporting these types of clowns. It’s a guarantee that one after the other will be taken down. We have no need for thefts, kidnappings, or extortions. There is money and power within the CJNG. And this is the last time that we warn everyone. Because he who warns in advance isn’t considered a traitor. Plus it never fails afterwards that people will claim these civil servants were innocent of any wrong doing. When in actuality they’re the same if not worse than the slime who support them. The truth is that you guys are hypocrites with the townspeople.

Lobo left a decapitated body and manta about a month ago. While CJNG (and all cartels) are hypocrites, at least in this case they aren’t using an innocent as a prop.
