Juan Carlos Felix Gastelum “Chavo Félix”, is the son-in-law of Mayo Zambada. Chavo Félix has managed to stay out of the spotlight for years while allegedly running the Mexicali and Puerto Peñasco plazas drug trade.

Allegedly a private party was organized by “Chavo Felix”, at an unknown location in Sinaloa. The following video depicts a private party with music in the background alluding to the high-ranking cartel leader for the Mayo Zambada faction.
