Brazil: Some Things Are The Same No Matter Where You Go

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

Warning: Graphic Video

The following video is a hellish glimpse into the world of narco traffickers from Brazil. Everything seen within this broadcast is extremely graphic in nature. It depicts a captured male being tortured with a blow torch by his captors

He’s sitting helplessly on the ground with his hands and feet bound. In addition one of the assailants uses a knife to cut him across his already bloody face.

It is highly believed that he was killed soon after these horrific actions were committed against him. Nothing further is known at this time.

  1. Were the Zetas the model of brutality for all cartels to emulate or Los Pepes started the brutality back in the 80s?

    1. No every criminal organization has done killings. It’s just that Barbie introduced it by filming it.

The original La Familia Michoacána made those zetas shit their pants and the ones who took the gore and violence to another level putting it on the map!

    3. Los Pepes were not so brutal. Other crime organizations were more brutal than them going back to the 60s.

Zetas did not teach or train La Familia Michoacána. Michoacános were the ones in the zeta ranks, that’s all. Any time zetas are brought up about being vicious the entire time it was people from Michoacán. Quit posting lies and bullshit foo!

    8. Quit bullshitting the Zetas under Osiel started that level of brutal LF Michoacan was with the Z at the time but Z started it

Zetas started because it was Michoacános in their ranks. It was the raza from Michoacán doing that brutal shit foo!

    3. Not in Mexico, but ISIS would make the list of brutality and videotaping etc. First brutality that I was made aware of. Would be interesting to put the cartels against them in a battle for control. Holy Hell

Favela means like a ghetto. Gangsters are armed and police are afraid to enter the area.

Brazil does not even need to deal with the Mexicans. They get their stock directly from farmers and then ship it out to Europe from their own ports

    5. 1:35 Brazilians big players in the international cocaine trade I don't know what you talking about. Just because Mexicans are hyper violent doesn't mean they have the best structure.

      Delete
    6. I’m Mexican, lived in Brasil and Mexico, I can tell you the Brasilian’s have a better organized structure, Mexican “cartels” have gotten so desperate they sell the harder drugs inside Mexico, ask for piso from the taquero, and the unintelligent people that where usually the ones who did the dirty work are now leading some of the “organizations.” Too much infighting and desperation “. They used to fight for millions. Now they fight for the crack/meth house selling 2,000 pesos a day in drugs inside Mexico.

    7. Brazil doesn’t grow coke. You’re dumb if you believe or think Mexicans are not getting a cut of whatever Brazilians are slanging. The US drug market belongs to Mexicans and so does the European and Asian markets. Won’t be long before Australia, Africa, and the Middle East become the Mexicans’. Mexicans are everywhere just look at any BB post about CDS and CJNG in other continents or Mexican Mafia in the Philippines etc. Trust me Mexicans are always involved in the game, structure or not!

      Delete
    8. You made me laugh. Mexican earning money from Brazilian? Fuck, don't talk shit. Each in its square. Brazilians only want to export to Europe and Africa. There is no influence of Mexican crime on Brazilian crime, much less on the issue of submission.

    9. PCC is the largest faction in Latin America. In Brazil's jails, we don't have any rapist in charge, unlike the gangs in Central America and Mexico. Here, anyone who steals in the area they live in, rapes and commits accusations is killed, there is no pity for this type of people. Our crime is more structured than the rest of Latin America.

You’re the funny one! Where the hell did I mention Mexicans being in Brazil taxing or influencing them? If you think Mexican cartels like CDS and CJNG are going to let Brazilians who don’t even produce drugs move in on their markets in Europe and Africa with without getting taxed or dealt with you’re sadly mistaken and pure speculation on your part. I never even heard or seen a Brazilian gang in the US but Mexican gangsters are definitely everywhere.
Brazil has a high level of STDs and other diseases along with being poor asf but here your talking about rapists etc.
Mexico is in the top 15 world economies but people think it’s a third world country when it’s not just because of the crime.

    11. DST? Fuck, now you've certified your level of mental illness. Holy crap. We start talking about crime and the idiot comes to talk about DSTs? Where did you get that data from your ass? Son of a bitch, do you really think Brazilians are calling the fucking cartel while the PCC fills their pockets with money? You are mistaken. PCC has been doing business in Europe for a long time without being bothered by any cartel in the world, and all this with the blessings of the 'Ndrangheta. You need to study more. Nobody is crazy to mess with guys. Don't say what you think, say what you know. I don't need to stay here all day waiting for the next news from some Mexican cartel to issue my opinion based on guesswork.

      Delete
    12. Show me a data or report on the taxation of Mexican cartels on Brazilian cartels and I'll tell you that your statement is true.

    13. 8:05 if you think criminals anywhere make weekly or monthly reports for people to publish, you must have used tour own supply...
But Odebrecht has connected with too many governments to count to defraud their countries with kickbacks for million dollar contracts, some drug traffickers could have got a share of the business but Odebrecht got the lion's share.

  7. Sorry for my google translator english. I'm Brazilian and I've been following Borderland for some time. The criminal scene in Brazil differs from Mexico, here we do not have any pyramidal structure. In the PCC its members, called 'Irmãos'' (Brother in portuguese) among them, are free to maintain their private drug trafficking business, whether international or national.

Today, the PCC is the greatest Brazilian exponent in the international drug trade issue, targeting Africa and Europe.

The Comando Vermelho is also gaining this position, but it still remains a faction more linked to street dominance in the national aspect.

Today the PCC doesn't care about street fights or anything like that anymore, the faction is involved with big money launderers and its influence in Europe along with the 'Ndrangheta business is already notorious.

With the exception of these two factions, there are other smaller ones in the Brazilian states. The alliance of these factions can be summarized as follows; ''Tudo 2'' are for smaller factions allied with Comando Vermelho, ''Tudo 3'' are for factions allied with the PCC.

All these factions are supplied with drugs and weapons by the big drug dealers of the PCC and CV factions.

I hope that with these words I have been clear and to the point.

    3. Thanks for the compliment, Hearst. One thing I was forgetting, the Comando Vermelho has a more pyramidal structure, but this scenario is common in Rio de Janeiro, where there are favelas. In countless songs you find quotes to the bosses of favelas or favela complexes.

Outside of Rio, the structure of the Comando Vermelho is almost similar to the PCC, due to the fact that many CV members were expelled from the PCC.

The structure works like this; In the PCC the biggest 'criminal instance' is the Sintonia Final, composed of around 12 individuals, most of them from the state of São Paulo, where the faction was born. The faction is spread across several cells, each cell does not know what is happening to the other.

In the Comando Vermelho, the biggest 'criminal instance' is the Council or Collegiate. Greater than the councilors there is the President of the Council. Nothing in the Comando Vermelho is done without the consent of the faction's Council, whether it be the councilors who are in prison (each Brazilian state has a group of councilors and a president). The Red Command of the rest of the Brazilian states is somewhat independent from the CV of Rio, where it was founded. Each state CV has its independence and does not depend on the Rio council.

The PCC over time has displeased some common criminals for its rigid discipline, which even consists of paying a 'monthly fee' to the faction. This monthly fee has been abolished in Brazilian states, except in the state of São Paulo, where the faction is strong and has no opposition from any rival.

Another PCC complaint was that the leadership always came from the 'Paulistas' (this is the denomination of people born in the state of São Paulo)

The CV does not charge a monthly fee and does not interfere with the local structure of the criminal organization, leaving this path free. They just want to supply the dope that crew sells.

  11. Video is starting to disappear. Blogger is beginning to flag our work. And no the cartel killings haven't stopped. Twitter and other platforms are bringing them down. I might have to word them with soft positive words so as to not set off their algorithms. Maybe this will help. If video leaves us again click on USA Crime at the bottom in red letters. These senseless murders are sure not going to just stop just because these weak platforms are suppressing them that's for sure. We're still punching forward.
