Federal Forces Secure Three Laboratories In Sanalona And El Salado, Sinaloa

The Secretary of National Defense secured three methamphetamine laboratories in Culiacán between March 28 and 30.

The Sedena reported that they were located with intelligence work to detect criminal organizations with a presence in the entity and in application of the 2022 Intensive Eradication Program.

On March 28, 2022, upon arrival at the area of ​​operations located near the town of Tachinolpa, in Sanalona, ​​the personnel identified the premises in which, according to the information, two clandestine laboratories had been established, installing the respective security perimeter. 

Subsequently, when the surveys were extended, on March 30, 2022, one more property was located in the Los Becos ejido, in the El Salado syndicate, in which another clandestine laboratory was set up. In the three laboratories they seized 3,820 liters of unknown liquid substances, 1,018 kilograms of unknown chemical substances, 325 kilograms of caustic soda, 133 kilograms of a substance similar to methamphetamine, seven reactors for organic synthesis and a metallic centrifuge.
