Son of El Mayo Zambada "Mayito Gordo" Extradited last night, arraignment hearing today in San Diego

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat

I received word last night Mayito Gordo was extradited.  Along with another person whose name I don’t yet have.

He was in court today before Judge Michel Berg in San Diego. The hearing was the arraignment on the Superseding Indictment.

My friend who gave me the tip attended the hearing today.  I will update this post as information comes in.

Zambada Imperial was arrested on November 12, 2014 in the town of El Salado in the Municipality of Culiacán, Sinaloa.
He was later sentenced to 10 years in prison for violation of the Federal Firearms and Explosives Act, he was extradited after serving half his sentence for crimes committed in Mexico.
The scene of the arrest at El Salado, Culiacán

Since May 16, "El Mayito Gordo" asked Edges Haydeé de Santiago Wong, Fifth Judge of the Specialized District for the Execution of Penalties in Mexico City, for a transfer from the Federal Federal Criminal Court, Jalisco, to a prison in Mexico City.

Obviously that will never happen.

    1. 100% time to snitch big time boy. The Beltran Leyva Brothers were correct in going to war with the Sinaloas the problem was they didn't realize they were going to war with the Snitchaloas, Calderon, DEA and the US government.

    1. Hit hard? Or under agreement? Seems they are getting the better and of it! Good plea deals short time and they don't have to worry about going into hiding. Seems more like Mayos kids agreed to spill the beans for early release. Flaco is out. Vicente soon to be out as well as Chino. Soon Mayito Gordo and his cousin Soldado Imperial which is probably the other person.

Good plead deals and short time equals short life once out of prison. Not a smart move but what else can snitches do?

    2. Cheyo is his primo hermano/familia, can't snitch on him as he has cartel responsibilities. Sources of supply, international logics, money launderers, US distributors and especially US drug dealers are pawns in the negotiations for the most lenient sentence. Fuck that, muy chingones en sus corridos y resultan más jotos con los güeros.

  10. Old man Mayo gave up his kids so they would get out of the life the US govt will give them a few years and then to witness protection plus they get to keep some cash all is forgotten and the info they give is mostly useless since the drug operations and people shift every few years i knew a lot of heavy players about 10 years ago no one is active right now some are dead some in prison in the states and some just quit working so if someone was arrested in 2014 that info is mostly junk at least 50% is useless.

See whats really happening is Zambadas are conning the US to get light sentences, yeah their winning their beating the US.
Never mind they get 10s they know what their doing, they are playing the long game arent they dude?

      Delete
    2. They don’t exactly get to just lay on the Bach with bags of cash after that. They are high profile and will always be monitored in the U.S. with everything going on with Garcia Luna, I doubt anyone would protect them in Mexico. End of the day they are snitches and no one with a brain would work with/for them again.

      Delete
    3. 5:12 The statutes of limitations has been bypassed by the US on numerous occasions Alfredo Beltrans case is an example. If the US wants to get you they will all they need is a snitch like the Zambadas. I doubt you would be to happy knowing the people supplying you are going to end up snitching on you.

    6. 5:12 is excusing these rats no good snitches, if mayo really gave them up is because he knows they cant hang with the real man, he knows they are pussies and wouldnt last long in the war, cds cheerleaders where all laughing that menchito was going to get extradited to usa and now that mayito gordo got sent to the usa they are saying it was all planned! Jajajaja fuck out of here your cds are all pussies

      Delete
    7. 3:13 I was THINKING the sane thing. If cds gets extradited it's because the big bosses of CDS are approving it but if CJNG gets extradited it's because they Fudged up.. It might be true THOUGH, cds are INFORMANTS and only get light sentences but other CAPOS from other cartels get LIFE..
      SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT..

      Delete
    8. 12:11 you ok? You really think cds are the only ones that have informants and snitch. What is not right is you cheerleading a cartel can you be normal and become a fan of a sports team at least?

    9. 5:12 your funny, you really think the DEA or PROSECUTORS are that STUPID? 😆 they make SURE the information given by the SNITCHES is valuable information

That defeated look on his face almost makes me wanna cry now imagine el Mayo seeing that. Anyone saying Mayo turned in his own kids is an absolute fool and has no idea what they are talking about.

  16. People talk all that shit but they have no idea what really going on so really think about this ther going to snitch right on what.? or who the government already knows about what is going on and since they been locked up everything they knew changed as soon as they went to jail what’s he going to say yes my dad is a Boss ?CDS is like that Movie The usal suspect and at least they ain’t crying like menchito punk ass

Corridos will be sung, puras mentiras, que nunca tuvo miedo, compro al gobierno y blah, blah, blah. KingRat™ will make sure to negotiate a lenient sentence for his son. US drug dealers will be turned in, ABC's and DA's will claim victories in their unwavering effort to get drugs off the streets and this hijo de papi will get a slap on his girly wrist. Impressive that you wrote these two comments in a minute, hechale más ganas a tu educación y trabajo.

  20. What do these hundreds, or probably thousands of cartel informants do once they are in witness protection? Work in real estate? Do we see them in line at starbucks getting a cappuchino.? Do they just become normal businessmen, (and women) after growing up leading a life of crime? The big question though is why arent the American people allowed to know that convicted cartel criminals are being settled in their neighborhood?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The answer to the Big and really dumb question is because if you do that, you are giving them a death sentence....They are not rapist or child molesters,at least as far as we know.

      Delete
    2. Because then they would be killed are you really that obtuse?

    3. No mamen dejaron a 9:12 como palo se gallinero, bien cagado hahaha eso le pasa por poner pendejadas sin pensarlas primero

    4. I don't think his question is tounge in cheek. Not like, give their actual location but why the people aren't going to be informed or know that these horrible criminals are now going to be US citizens and now amongst the US population.
      Will the drugs stop? No
      Will the killings stop? No
Will the cartels be stopped? No
Yet these criminals, who at one time were the worst people in the world committing horrible crimes are getting very lenient sentences and now living withing the US population.
Many people get deported for less crimes. Many people cross the border illegally for the opportunity but these people pretty much get a pass and an opportunity to live the American dream. And not a God damn thing changed as far as drugs continuing to come in to the US and many Mexicans being brutaly murdered. As a matter of fact they will still live comfortably with the money they made in the drug business.

  21. All part of the plan....Hell have them all safe. And what possible info could Gordo give, that's not already known? Trump is going after CJNG, and CDN. This is all a dog n pony show to make it look like he's going after them all. I'm starting to think MZ is folding up shop, and leaving this soon to be even bigger mess to the Guzman's to deal with. He has more money than all of them put together, including Mencho. He has huge legit business, and he's made billions on the drug game. I believe he is washing his hands of it all. JMO
