This Wednesday afternoon, close to the entrance of the Canaco Fraccionamiento in Culiacan, Sinaloa, a victim had been shot and left wounded, but the gunmen returned to finish him off.

Reporter: Sinembargo Redaction
In the presence of various witnesses, a man was assassinated by gunfire by sicarios that minutes before had been left shot and wounded by car to car attack, when he was driving along the Jose Limon Boulevard opposite the Canaco Fraccionamiento.

The dead man was identified by ministerial authorities as Francisco Javier "N", 32 years of age, who has a domicile in the Fraccionamiento Villa Real and was driving a Mercedes Benz with Durango registration plates.

The homicide happened around 14:30 Wednesday, when the man was driving along the Jose Limon Boulevard and in this moment armed persons aboard another vehicle opened fire on him.

Some witnesses to the events commented to authorities that in an effort to save his own life, the man accelerated his vehicle to escape the sicarios. However he hit a tree, which stopped his vehicle and the sicarios fled.

Minutes after, persons who were close to the scene surrounded the vehicle where the victim was still showing vital signs, as shown in the above video, witnesses had called the emergency services.

At this moment the sicarios returned to the scene shouting at those onlookers to step back and commenced firing again at the man who was killed in the passenger front seat.

Some minutes after, at the scene, the agents of diverse agencies and police corporations arrived, who cordoned off the crime scene, while experts from the Attorneys Generals Office of the State arrived to log the evidence of the homicide.

    1. Doubt it. Every cartel has internal clean-ups they must do periodically.
Beltranes vs Sinaloa is a lot more probable

    2. It’s not Beltran’s vs Sinaloa. It’s sinaloa vs Sinaloa

    3. Notice I said every cartel has internal clean-ups? You didn't understand that meant Sinaloa vs Sinaloa?
The last statement was only noting that if it was another cartel, the beltranes would be the ones.

    6. Its most likely a limpia, considering since CDS isnt run like a regular cartel with a top to down leadership. Its made up of loosley allied groups, they all represent CDS but each person runs their outfits the way they see fit so its expected that they will have disputes among themselves. Also culiacan is made up of alot of independent traffickers so it could also be he didnt pay his dues.

    7. Had out of state plates (Durango) and wasn't exactly a mainstream car (Mercedes).

    8. Everybody here is full of assumptions. The truth is that nobody knows for sure why was killed that guy. Pretty often not even the sicarios know. We should ask the person that gave the order for that guy to be killed...

    9. With DGO plates. My guess internal Sinaloa beef. No CJNG in DOG. Something tells me the ambulance was never going to arrive.

    1. They are not professional assasins. These guys and specially CDS people only kill in packs and like you said with "over dramatizing" their shots. Personally I, think the name "hitman" is to prestigious of a title for these people to be called. They are mearly assasins in my opinion.

The mexican sicarios are getting very bold, too close and personal, nothing like Lee Harvey Oswald, one magic bullet taking twists and turns recovered intact, and a body double nicknamed JFK "also murdered by oswald", name Tippit...

I saw it on one of those reality/gore sites and the guy's name was supposedly Julian Castro aka Comandante Ruso. I woulda thought BB would of covered it being this capo got captured & executed. Did anybody see the video or know of any background info on this? Werent Los Talibanes started up by Z50 aka El Taliban of the Zetas?

    2. @10:30AM We are one month into 2018. There have been 4,259 incidents of gun violence in the US so far. Those incidents resulted in 1,285 deaths and 2,338 injuries. There have been 20 mass shootings so far this year and 12 school shootings (mass shootings are 2 or more injured or killed. I don't know about all of the more than 4,000 gun violence incidents, but I don't recall any "good Samaritans" coming to the rescue of the students in the school shootings.
