ReplyDeleteI live in SLRC. Recently los rusos took over El Golfo de Santa Clara and kicked out chapitos people. Everyone knows this. San Felipe has a big Mormon population, americans tourists and local fishermen. I believe la chapiza still control that area. Mexicali valley is l oí s rusos and chavo felix also.
