"Char" for Borderland Beat
El Alacrán is a mysterious lieutenant for the Los Chapos faction of the Sinaloa Cartel lead by the sons of Joaquin Guzman Loera. El Alacran is described by a narco ballad as leading operations for the Guzman faction in the Aguaruto syndicate just outside of the city of Culiacan. A musical group called Grupo Clasificado sings a song called "EL ALACRAN" which states the following,
"with fire, we are advancing, here we have support and backup, we do not play as tough, we have a flag that is posted, we are people of the eldest (IVAN GUZMAN)... I am El Alacran beware Culiacan, grounds, and zones.."
EL ALACRAN PROHIBITS NOISY MOTORCYCLES
LaMaskr3 on X states the following," | #Culiacán, #Sinaloa
In Aguaruto, hitmen for El Alacrán give the last warning about noisy motorcycles. Whoever rides noisy motorcycles will get beaten with a wooden paddle."
At least they don't get killed but still must suck to live in a narco state like Sinaloa
