On Sunday afternoon, the minor who was found shot to death and with toy cars attached to his chest under the bridge of Geovanny Zamudio, in the Infonavit Barrancos sector in Culiacan, was identified.

The deceased was 15 years old and his name was Johan Gadier "N", who lived in the Guadalupe neighborhood in the downtown area of the city.

After investigations, it was learned that the young man had between 10 and 15 toy cars of different colors and even had one in each hand.

The Discovery

  1. "Markitos and his family is from Barrancos as well as most of his crew. I wonder if the Toy Cars is a message to Los Toys or if this kid was a car thief in the colonia and got popped for stealing the wrong car… all speculation of course."

recently in culiacan there been a string of car thefts.. not to long ago there was 6 cars stolen in one day.. highly likely sending message to car thief's

  7. Toy carts? As in some miniaturized type of toy shopping cart, or toy cars? I assume cars, but as they say, assumption is the mother of all ****-ups. 😅

    4. 10:06 If you read the 2nd paragraph carefully, it would be common sense, that they were toy cars, as the article said he had in both hands.
The article was translated Spanish to English and sometimes, they use slang words which can throw us off.

    5. Toy cars and toy carts are two completely different objects. Hence the questions.

  15. Police believe that the number of toy cars left on a victim’s back corresponds to the number he stole.

The victims have all been found face down with gunshot wounds and signs of torture. Five bodies with such characteristics have been found as of August 7.

The first suspected victim of The Toy Man was found on August 4. A body was located with 11 toy cars on its back, and another in one hand. That same day, two others were found, each with 13 cars.

The fourth body was found in the neighborhood of El Vallado, and the fifth was a man who had stolen a truck from two women, a crime which was recorded on video.
