Initial reports indicate that the events occurred in the early hours of the morning when a shooting occurred on Calle General Pedro María Anaya in the Cajeme neighborhood.

At least six people were shot to death in the early hours of the morning during a family party in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora. The first reports indicate that around 1:30 a.m., a shooting occurred on Pedro María Anaya street in the Cajeme neighborhood.
According to witnesses, the events occurred after a scuffle that started verbally until some people assaulted each other and escalated it with the use of weapons.
The state prosecutor's office said that the first lines of investigation establish that it was a direct aggression against the leader of a criminal group who had arrest warrants for the crimes of femicide, homicide, kidnapping, and criminal association.
"This attack resulted in the death of him and five other people, as well as injuries to others," confirmed the prosecutor's office, whose director, Gustavo Salas Chávez, would provide more information on the matter.
* Local media reported that the target of the attack was Leonardo Vega Arellano, alias "El Wacho" or "El Soldado".

DeleteI heard something completely different. I heard that this attack happened because a local criminal leader was at the party. The criminal leader who was the target of the attack was killed, but a bunch of other people who were at the party were also caught in the crossfire. That’s what I heard. Hopefully, more information comes out later today that clarifies what actually happened.

As if this is atonement for the mass murdering of individuals and the sheer depravity in which so many are carried out. Mexico is a 💩 hole through and through, very unfortunate for the decent people of this country; but there is no justice to be had from a failed State. It may not be perfect here, but those animals wouldn't be able to get away with half that 💩 here, simple facts.
