In the state of Colorado, United States, they confirm the existence of a new drug that they estimate to be 10 times more potent and dangerous than fentanyl.

It is N-desethyl etonitazene and it is the first time that there is clear evidence of this drug in the USA.

The origin of this synthetic opioid, N-desethyl etonitazene, is located, according to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), in China.

The confirmation of the drug occurred with the death of a person by overdose and the authorities of Boulder County, Colorado, sent the sample for investigation.

mortality.

According to the portal Gestión Sanitaria Exprés, it was a man from the state of Colorado who unknowingly bought contaminated quaaludes through the dark web from the state of Colorado.

The consumer's intention was to obtain this hypnotic drug containing methaqualone, a central nervous system depressant that causes euphoria and drowsiness, a synthetic product widely consumed in the United States; however, since it contained traces of N-desethyl etonitazene, its potency was much greater and so were its effects.

The Center for Forensic Science Research and Education (CFSRE) issued the alert about the discovery of N-Desethyl Etonitazene on November 30, 2009, based on a sample that was taken from a sample that was found to contain N-Desethyl Etonitazene.

from a sample received the previous month by the Boulder County Coroner's Authority.

In its statement, it reported, "N-desethylethonitacene is a new synthetic opioid that has a structural resemblance to etonitacene, N-desethylethonitacene and other nitacene analogs (2- benzylbenzimidazole)."

CFSRE detailed N-desethylethonitacene is a metabolite of etonitacene; however, it was detected in the absence of etonitazene and is now sold as a drug on its own, as seen in sales on dark web sites."

For the Center, "in vitro pharmacological data show that N desethyl etonitazene is a mu active opioid agonist with potency similar to that of etonitazene and is approximately 10 times more potent than fentanyl."

  2. Boulder huh!!?? Mr. Mencho, plz start bringing ton quantities of that crap straight into Boulder. Don’t worry Boulder has lots of money and are very liberal. The most hypocritical, and dishonest city I’ve ever stepped foot in. The Boulder liberals, which is 99% of the city, love illegal immigrants(phrase isn’t meant to put them down), love “affordable housing,” love the homeless, and love “minorities!” The only catch is… they only love them from a distance, and only love them in spirit. They do not want any of them in their neighborhood or city.

  5. Sad how U.S Citizens still can't see what the Elite are doing...these types of drugs are not invented by some small time dope pusher, this comes from a group of people looking to depopulate the globe & control population.Dont believe me, go listen to the conference speeches they have in Davos!

    1. China will even tell you, the CCP are planning to eventually invade. And in the meantime they have their own modern opium war going with USA. They want to depopulate the USA and it’s working. Highest killer of young people in USA is fentanyl. Is it any coincidence I never seen fentanyl (other than big pharma) here in Australia?? That will come when we’re next on the killing block. Chinas focus is on USA for the time being.

    2. There’s too many people. Went from 1.5 billion in 1950 to over 8 billion in 2024.

Humans need to depopulate, they are the main reason for climate change and destroying the earth and a shitter quality of life .

Fentanyl analogues have been in Australia for 20 years and it's not from big pharma.

    6. 08:02 Right on! Thanks for the intel. Australia is a biker's paradise. The last Aussie I spoke with said that they enjoyed MDMA and Meth or Speed (Amphetamine) mixed with ketamine the most followed by LSD and magic mushrooms. Cocaine was a luxury for the holidays and hard to come by. The meth was strong and clean but several hundred dollars a gram.

Are you guys still into the Mexican pills and drugs or do you mainly import and manufacture over there?

The fentanyl epidemic in North America is horrible and I lost several loved ones.

Most drugs are tainted and doctors are weary to help disabled patients with regular pain meds, anxiety meds, sleeping meds, or anything controlled. Even steroids and antibiotics are extremely hard to find.

  7. This drug is part of the benzimidazole family of opioidergic narcotic analgesics. The benzimidiazole family has numerous powerful morphinomimetic structural derivatives such as etonitazene, isonitazene, clonitazene, and nitazene. Interestingly, aside from typical mu-1 opiate receptor agonist activity they also possess inhibitive properties on the dopamine reuptake transporter. This is not a common pharmacological effect of other opiate families, and mimics to a partial extent the pharmacology of the polydrug combination known as a ‘speedball’ which is traditionally the combination of heroin and cocaine. Cocaine blocks reuptake of dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine into the transmitting neuron whilst heroin acts as an agonist at the mu-1 opiate receptor. Benzimidazoles possess, in a single drug, both mu-1 agonism and dopamine reuptake inhibition. In theory this combination of pharmacological effect should make benzimidazoles particularly more addictive by amplifying the dopaminergic reward effect of the opiate activity.

Mu-1 agonism indirectly increases dopaminergic release into the synaptic cleft by inhibiting GABA which is itself an inhibitor of dopamine release. Once the dopamine is received by the receiving neuron it should return to the transmitting neuron via the dopamine reuptake transporter, however this transporter is blocked by benzimodazoles as well, thereby causing the released dopamine to continuously cycle back to the receiving neuron amplifying the dopamine signaling until eventually monoamine oxidase enzymes breakdown and clear out the excess neurotransmitters.

Or in a more laymans explanation, benzimodazoles are like combining heroin and cocaine but removing the adrenergic (stimulating) and serotogenic components of cocaine and instead just keeping the pleasureable and addictive component of the cocaine. At least thats how it appears in literature. Having personally never used a benzimidazole derivative i cannot comment on the anecdotal side of this.

Fentanyls (4-anilidopiperidines), benzimidazoles (like etonitazene), and oripavines (like etorphine and dihydroetorphine) are all excellent candidates for opiate traffickers because of their high potencies. The oripavine derivatives will emerge at some point on the black market if they have not already, their one major limitation is they are semi-synthetics rather than fully synthetic as their parent molecule thebaine is a naturally occuring alkaloid in opium poppy latex. However their potency is astonishing, with dihydroetorphine being upwards of 3,000x the potency of morphine.

    So now you know.

Now dont get me started on all the cocaine structural derivatives that can turn a kg of cocaine, with some easy chemistry, into cocaine derivatives that have upwards of 50x the potency of cocaine itself with almost indistinguishable pharmacological profiles. Eventually the cartels will learn this, and realize they can potentially turn every kg of cocaine into a cocaine-mimetic derivative that has 50x the potency thereby turning every kg of cocaine they have into 50kg of cocaine in terms of recreational dosages of effect that it can yield…

Or how about a cocaine-like drug that is not only substantially more powerful per weight than cocaine, but lasts for 72 hours per dosage instead of less than an hour? That would be Indatraline. But i should probably shut up before the cartels wake up and realize how deep this rabbit hole can go.

  10. 12:01 erowid is badass, but rhodiums archive is far more impressive. Composed by the many bees of the hive over a decade ago and compiled by the queen bee Rhodium into an easy to browse collection of terribly useful information, rhodiums archive should be the bible of drug traffickers and clandestine chemists everywhere.

    https://www.thevespiary.org/rhodium/Rhodium/pharmacology/Rhodium%20-%20The%20Largest%20Drug%20Synthesis%20Archive%20on%20the%20Web.htm

For those not in the know ill give you a brief history. In the early 2000s there was a discussion forum for clandestine chemists called The Hive. It was run by a guy using the alias Rhodium. Members were referred to as “bees” and all worked together to discuss both theoretical and real world drug synthesis and pharmacology. The hive was the epicenter of clandestine drug designing.

Rhodium was eventually arrested by police in a sting for supplying precursor chemicals used by his bees to synthesize MDMA. Rhodium owned a chemical supply company. The US gov seized the Hive and shut it down. It fractured into two new forums called Wetdreams and Synthetikal, which may or may not still exist, ive been out of the loop for awhile (former bee).

Rhodiums archive, a compilation of literature put together by Rhodium with the help of the hive collective of bees lives on in the archived link above.

  13. "Dr." Yuval Noah Harari, left-hand man for Klaus Schwab, talked about how humans are now "hackable animals" with complete confidence. Yes, tread carefully. People with good lives dabble in these new drugs and suddenly leave it all behind to die on the streets of an inner-city junky district. Plenty of data on that.
