Alpatláhuac, Veracruz: Comandante Delta 1 Puts Felipe Santes On Blast

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

The following film precedes an article released earlier today on Borderland Beat.

An armed criminal cell dubbed Gente Nueva has appeared online. For this broadcast a direct message goes out to the Governor of Veracruz, Cuitláhuac García Jiménez.

In addition the assassins openly challenge their rivals and lays claim to easily having reporter Ricardo Villanueva freed.

Video translation is as follows:

City of Alpatláhuac, here we are once again. It seems that you couldn’t get your fill you coward. So, now you’re abducting reporters who won’t align to your interests. Your hungry fuck dogs El Coco, El Guacho, and El Tabasco are killing kids. Or are you going to go with the narrative that this is due to strife, or a war for territory? You can’t lie to the townspeople anymore. Because there is no war here.

The only ones here are the Gente Nueva. GN. Pay attention because we’re the ones who are exclusively killing off the filthy criminals. All the dirty actors here kill innocent civilians under your protection. With help from the coordinator Felipe Santes, the Secretariat of Public Safety. Along with the director from the Municipal Police. Governor, do your job. Don’t betray those who gave you their trust.

Avoid innocent blood from being spilled in this area. Governor, you already know that all it takes is a phone call and that reporter will reappear. Or have you apparently forgotten the history of your predecessors, how they held Veracruz hostage? Shall we have this city repeat that era again? We’re going to stay in place here so that you can meditate on this. My beloved people we will soon enough come after our objectives.

Yours truly, El Comandante Delta 1

  1. While it is true that they do not kill innocents, they still love spanking anyone in the ass with wooden paddles..

    1. I don't think they are CDS. Just a local organization using the generic "new mob" title. Probably in opposition to ZVE since they referenced "la vieja escuela" in the reporter interrogation video. We don't have any sources for a CDS presence in Veracruz; it is all Golfos and ZVE in the north, with ZVE and CJNG contesting the central and southern part of the state. I believe most of the local former Zetas groups like 35Z have joined either ZVE or CJNG.

  5. ZVE/Escorpiones are going at it with Grupo Sombra & Gente Nueva around those areas, Poza Rica has always had a strong presence of ZVE members because of Z37 who still runs those cells from prison
