According to the investigation file, the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) received an anonymous complaint via email, in which they were informed that in two properties, in the neighborhoods of El Organo and Valle de la Misericordia, there were clandestine fuel deposits.

As a result, and after carrying out various investigative actions, a search warrant was requested so that elements of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), of the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), with the support of specialized experts of the institution, could carry out the aforementioned technique in said places.

Fifteen tractor-trailers, various containers and drums containing approximately 342,000 liters of oil were seized, as well as plastic hoses, pressure pumps, various tanks and cisterns.
