"Otoniel" Dairo Antonio Úsuga, Leader of Colombian Clan del Golfo, Pleads Guilty in US

"Socalj" for Borderland Beat

Dairo Antonio Úsuga David, alias Otoniel, would have signed a document in which he would state his intentions to plead guilty to the drug trafficking charges he was facing in the United States.

“I, Dairo Antonio Úsuga David, accused, have been informed that an (information of accusation - complaint) is pending against me for the cause designated above. I wish to plead guilty to the offense charged, to consent to the disposition of the case in the Eastern District of New York in which I, Dairo Antonio Úsuga David, (under arrest and detainee), and to waive trial in the aforementioned district," it reads. In the document revealed by La Fm.

The document is signed by the Clan del Golfo leader and his lawyer and was approved by two US prosecutors.

In addition to Otoniel's signature, there is that of his lawyer, that of a witness, and that of the assistant United States attorney. It was also revealed that the prosecutors of the Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Florida would have approved the request to advance the stage of acceptance of guilt and sentencing.

"Otoniel's" sister was also extradited to the US last year and pleaded guilty and cooperated with investigators last month.

The sister of Otoniel was extradited last July to Florida. In December 2022, Nini Johana Úsuga David, also known as "La Negra," reached an agreement with the United States justice and accepted charges of drug trafficking in the Clan del Golfo criminal organization. She also promised to collaborate in other investigations. La Negra explained that she took over the maintenance of real estate acquired with illicit money.

Clan del Golfo States Ceasefire is Not Being Respected

The General Staff of the Clan del Golfo also denounced that the Monitoring, Verification, and Ceasefire mechanism is not operating, because their spokespersons have not even met with the national government.

In a statement, the General Staff of the Clan del Golfo denounced that the national government was not complying with the ceasefire decreed with this armed group, warning that since it began some of its members have been discharged or captured.

“On January 12, in the municipality of Norosí, Buena Seña village, the Gaula killed Juan Ángel Pinedas Cabra, seriously wounding Rafael Jaime Caicedo, who was in civilian clothes and completely unarmed. On January 8, in the municipality of Calamar, district of Barranca Nueva, Juan José Gaviria Rojas (known as 'Wuay'), Edwin Fernando Valencia López (known as 'Ninja') and Erik Andrés Palencia Camacho (known as 'Ninja') were captured by the Police. known as Morocho), who did not carry any kind of weapons or ammunition”, says this armed group in the statement quoted in Colprensa.

The General Staff of the Clan del Golfo also denounced that the Monitoring, Verification, and Ceasefire mechanism is not operating, because their spokespersons have not even met with the national government. "Members of the National Army, camouflaged in the undergrowth, surprised the two individuals who fired shots at a platoon that was on the road."

According to the journalist, an official source from the municipality reported that the two subjects, upon meeting the soldiers, shot them, for which the officers responded by killing one of the two men, while the other was wounded.

    1. Guys like el mayo and chapo and la mencha buy from this guy. This guy is more powerful and just as rich. He dont have to gamble entering loads in usa. Thats the mexican cartels problem. Guys like this also sell to Europe and the rest of the world. Thats why even if el mayo has been in the game since the 70s a guy like memo fantasma are a cut above. Otoniels replacement will be a powerfull drug boss right of the bat.

    2. Mayo has been in the game for 40 years… and sells all types of drugs, plus is still on the run unfettered..

      I don’t see any comparison.

    6. 5:02 bruh , Mexican cartels are in every continent, Colombia has one asset and only one . Mexicans move humans , drugs (bunch of them) , guns and more , your comment would make sure when Escobar was in charge , you didn’t know that Mexico stopped being the delivery guy more than 30 years ago? With out Mx Colombia only has the Caribbean, and that’s not 100% since the Caribbean is the United Nations of drugs , so it’s not their routes completely .

    7. 9:24 Colombians moved on to trafficking cocaine to Europe and Asia. Cocaine is still a very valuable commodity but yes Mexicans have Fent and Meth.

    8. 06:31 Mayo buys cocaine from Clan del Golfo )Dolphin logo cocaine(,

The Colombian Otoniel would be like big boss of a Colombian cocaine and heroin manufacturer who sells to clients globally in Spain, France, USA, Australia, Holland, Italy, Ukraine, and Canada etc….

Wholesaling metric tons (2,000 - 5,000 kilos) of plant derived narcotics to people who have money.

Mayo cops from them, Los Chapitos cop from them; most large mafias and DTOs cop from the Gulf Clan cartel mafia in Colombia.

There are other organizations too though.

Maybe Ovidio can get a cell bunk next to the Colombians and get a new plug

    2. Socalj — when I saw his mugshot I knew he was sick… Italian news is saying he was visiting the same clinic he was arrested in for nearly 2 years (6 visits total)…

He originally went in for colon cancer and the latest visit was a follow up for “Metastasis of the Liver”

Metastasis of the liver means the liver has developed cancer because another organ (or more) has cancerous tumors , which the cells were passed on (into the liver).

In so many words, it sounds like the colon cancer spread to the rest of his body…

  7. This is probably a bad look for Juan Orlando El Tigre Bonilla(head of sicarios for the Hernández cartel) and the logistics lieutenant that’s going to trial in September he was suppose to be there plug from Colombia..By the way Juan Orlando Hernandez is accused of moving more weight then chapo

    1. 06:20 it wouldn't be hard Chapo was never a major player in the cocaine market in the USA. He definitely moved some metric tons over the years but nothing compared with the real manufacturers of cocaine.

Also many people are in Mexico moving cocaine (historically). I think Chapo got rich from growing heroin and marijuana and middle manning cocaine, as well as delivering shipments to Colombian Cartel affiliates in the Ozarks.

Oh yeah and Chapo chopped up a bunch of his competition, murdered many people for greed power control, stole shipments of dope from people, and overall was just a worthless greddy piece of shit narco with no honor integrity or respect.

      Fuck em

Because, we all know they are not stopping the flow of drugs, just catching big fish and diminishing the Mexican and Colombian capo influence, control and money.. 💵 💰

You are absolutely right, Border patrol agents are doing nothing.
Better yet the DEA, does nothing, but play video games on company time.

    2. Before wasn't there only one or two companies that had the legal capacity to import raw coca leaves to the United States ? Recently I believe there's been a new approved use for cocaine, I wonder if selling directly to those companies would keep you out of legal issues.

  9. Matteo messiana denaro was captured today. Many don’t know but during the 80’s this guy was rina’s chief architect for many of the huge coordinated bombings and assassinations carried out in Italy and Sicily. During Pablo’s terrorist activities in Columbia in the 80’s the same exact thing was taking place in Italy and Sicily. Toto Rina and Pablo’s terrorism in the 80’s were basically replicas of each other.
Now to the above mentioned scumbag. Otoniel was probably the worst known and proven baby raper and little girl raper in the narco world history. Many poor families were scared to death and their daughters were taken for this sick pig. Many families offered their daughters up with the hope of money. We are talking 11-14 year old little girls. Many of them had babies from the raping of this pig and now are looked down upon and raising the kids from the rapes and are still poor, victims, ostracized, and will possibly fall victim to this pigs enemies. If there ever was a narco that should be gang raped and tortured to death in public it’s this pig!!! Only a like minded pig would glorify this baby raper!! His brother is just as bad and with all of his rapes of little girls he gave them all multiple sexually transmitted diseases. Death is too good for either of them! Little girl raper and sex trafficker el chapo, you have been disgustingly out done!

    1. These guys were rough especially Toto Riina But at end of day the Latin American capos are more brutal and violent than any of these guys. Toto Riina was distinguished because just like Escobar he took the state to war. As well as made all the Sicilian mob bosses work under him or he killed them all.

    2. I can’t believe you dumbasses argue about who is “more brutal” lmao

We should have a contest here for the commenters, to see who is the most stupidest

    3. It might not mean anything to some basement dweller living with mommy , but brutality is how a lot of these guys are measured by law enforcement.

    4. That's going to be a long list of contenders this lacras don't get most brutal and violent does not mean most effective, lucrative, nor ever will understand longevity but nowadays it's glorified and glamourized so much pride but nothing Honorable no principles

    6. Law enforcement does it because they have to, you do it because it's fun and you are ignorant, so if anybody sounds like the basement dweller it's you, not the other dude. It doesn't mean anything because its apples and oranges and misinformation. Marine biologists might measure the killing abilities of sharks, but that doesn't make you any less of a dipshit for asking who would win in a fight- A Great White or a Sabre Toof Tiger?

      Delete
    7. @8.35 It's kinda silly to compare them, but...Toto Riina was more violent than a large majority of Latin American Capos. As you said, he waged war on the entire state like Escobar, which only a couple of Mexican bosses have done, using bombs to murder the most powerful prosecutors in the land. Violence was his first resort, and terror was his method of cowing the police and the people, not bribes, and schools and hospitals. He didn't release torture videos, but he was just as bad as all but a handful of Cartel bosses.

  10. Matteo Messina Denaro. Boss of the castelveltrano clan and an ally of the corleonese clan is a piece of shit that ordered the death of kids. Provenzano was not as vicious.
