Monterrey, Nuevo León: The Townspeople Leave A Message For Authorities

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

A blanket with a message for Governor Samuel Garcias and Secretary of Security Aldo Fasciz was hanged at Puente Ferroviario located on Avenida Fidel Velázquez, in the Kennedy neighborhood. The communique points out links between elements of the Civil Force with the Cartel de Sinaloa.

Narco message reads as follows:

This message goes out to Secretary of Security Aldo Fasciz and Governor Samuel Garcias. You are being asked in the best way to investigate patrol units 1947, 1974, 1975, 2003, and 1190 of the Civil Force.

Since these units are at the service of the Sinaloa Cartel. They receive a biweekly salary from these guys. All in exchange for giving them drug outlet locations of their enemies.

Or they themselves plant drugs and scales on their adversaries. In order to remove the individuals who stand in their way from working freely.

Elements from these units are involved in abductions, executions, and the collection of fees at various points in the area they patrol.

They receive payroll from everywhere. They’ve just as good as pigs are. For they take money from the government and from the thugs. Sincerely, The Townspeople
