Extradition Of 'El Mayo' Zambada Operator Is Stopped Indefinitely

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

Luis Raúl Castro Valenzuela, El Chacho, is required by the US for being the mastermind of a drug trafficking network in Pennsylvania.

The FGR and the Navy arrested him last year.

A Federal Judge suspended the extradition of Luis Raúl Castro Valenzuela indefinitely, identified as being an operator for the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, Ismael May Zambada, who is required by the United States for being the brain of a drug trafficking network In Pennsylvania.

María del Carmen Sánchez Cisneros, the Judge of the Amparo District Quarter in Criminal Matters, awarded a definitive suspension that prevents the extradition of El Chacho at this time.

The precautionary measure will stay in place until the legal protection brought forth by the alleged drug trafficker is resolved.

In March 2021, elements of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) and the Marine-Navy Secretariat of Mexico (SEMAR), carried out operations in Culiacán, Sinaloa, aimed at rescuing an African-American woman of American origin, who was abducted for one year and a month in a security house of the aforementioned criminal organization.

During these actions, El Chacho was captured, as well as Oscar Otoniel Gracia Morales, El Calayo,  who were identified by the FGR as alleged members of the Sinaloa cartel. Both were arraigned after being charged for the crime of aggravated kidnapping.

The Sinaloa control judge of federal criminal proceedings determined that the test data provided by the FGH was sufficient to determine their possible participation in the kidnapping of women. Ericka "Q" was also arraigned for simple possession, a crime against health.

The alleged operator of the Capo furnished a legal protection because on December 10, 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) granted an extradition so that he could judged in a district court in Delaware for his purported participation in the trafficking of drugs.

Both El Chacho and El Calayo will remain incarcerated in the Federal Center for Social Reintegration # 14 prison, in Gómez Palacio, Durango.

  1. An African American woman "who was carrying abducted one year and a month?". I have no idea what that means. Was she kept for a year and a month? Commandante Juan Rambo is going to come drooling out of his trailer at the words "African American", if his family hasn't tied him to a post outside.
