The remains had a cardboard message allusive to a criminal group

The Forensic Medical Service personnel lifted the bags with the remains and transferred them to their facilities. 

Human remains inside black bags were found in the Santa Rita neighborhood, early Monday morning.

It was at approximately 1:30 in the morning that the 911 Emergency System was notified of the discovery of plastic bags tied with tan tape and human remains inside, on Durango Street in the Santa Rita neighborhood.

Elements of the Municipal Police attended the crime scene, who effectively corroborated said report and cordoned off the area to notify the public prosecutor, who will be the ones who carry out the initial investigations.

Minutes later, elements of the criminal investigation agency of the state attorney general arrived and those who are attached to the specialized homicide unit to begin with the first investigations, the criminal expert also processed the area to locate evidence that helps in the investigation.

At the end, the Forensic Medical Service personnel lifted the bags with the remains and transferred them to their facilities, which will be the place where the legal necropsy will be carried out to determine the exact cause of death as well as identity and sex of the victim.
