US Offers $5 Million Rewards for Sinaloa Traffickers including El Chapo’s Brother & the Salgueiro-Nevarez Brothers

"Socalj" for Borderland Beat

Aureliano Guzman-Loera and the Salgueiro-Nevarez brothers are charged in U.S. indictments for violation of U.S. drug laws, and the US is offering $5 million each for information.

The U.S. Department of State is announcing reward offers of up to $5 million each for information leading to the arrest or conviction of four Mexican drug traffickers operating in the Mexican states of Chihuahua and Sinaloa. Aureliano Guzman-Loera, the brother of former Sinaloa Cartel leader Joaquin Guzman-Loera, and brothers Ruperto Salgueiro-Nevarez, Jose Salgueiro-Nevarez, and Heriberto Salgueiro-Nevarez all operate under the umbrella of the Sinaloa Cartel federation.

Aureliano Guzman-Loera and the Salgueiro-Nevarez brothers are charged in U.S. indictments for violation of U.S. drug laws, including international conspiracies to distribute marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

This reward offer complements the Department of Justice’s announcement today of indictments charging Aureliano Guzman-Loera and the three Salgueiro-Nevarez brothers for violating international narcotics trafficking laws. One of the indictments alleges the trafficking of fentanyl, which is responsible for more than 63 percent of the 96,779 drug overdose deaths in the United States between March 2020 and 2021. Together, these actions are part of a whole-of-government effort to combat drug trafficking and transnational organized crime globally and in Mexico.

This reward is offered under the Department of State’s Narcotics Rewards Program (NRP). More than 75 transnational criminals and major narcotics traffickers have been brought to justice under the NRP and the Transnational Organized Crime Rewards Program (TOCRP) since the NRP’s inception in 1986. The Department has paid more than $135 million in rewards for information leading to apprehensions.

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs manages the NRP in close coordination with the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, and other U.S. government agencies. These actions demonstrate the Department’s commitment to supporting law enforcement efforts to bring transnational criminals to justice.

  9. Let me just tax these other Indians from way out of nowhere who have come here. To provide chems and look alikes. This little Indian we get our name from. So mine can forget about that mediocre name and just go with the one label of full on motherfucking SAVAGE. welcome to the Savagery a SAVAGE has! Let the constituents of the British East India company know the savage is the only word being transmitted by the Lord born to God. That we are here now not to save. But to just completely savage the ground with those beneath.

    1. 1:09 Don't blame the savages, they were doing fine without the pandemics and epidemics imported by the bible toting europeans, by accident too...then they wisrasses decided to import blacks after kidnapping them from Africa.
Shet, that was not racist, some woke apologists affirm there was some white slaves too, for the sake of equal opportunity.

  10. Anyone know whats the deal with Guano? Didnt he attempt to overthrow the Chapitos after chapos extradition? Radica in Sinaloa and Durango but is it with consent or in alliance of the other cds bosses, or some of the bosses or hows that work.. i onced read that Guano actuslly has some political protection from ppl high in govt of Durango. And that in hia strongholds he keeps it on lock and does not attempt to expand keeping his areas tight and thats why he is still able to operate in Sinaloa without chapitos or cds.Anyone?

    1. 1:14 sinaloa beef is hard to follow because they dont declare war but they still kill each others people when they catch them slippin.
Its not like in michoacan, tamaulipas or jalisco where they call each other out in mantas or videos.
I did hear El guano tried killing his half brother though. I'm Not sure if he actually did kill him. with that said its not a surprise to me that guano is at war with chapitos.
One thing is for sure though, chapitos are losing influence little by little.
I wonder how their beef with Mayo and caro will end though. Those mocosos actually went against the big capos who were in the business before they were even born. They both have good connections with government too.
It seems to me like the old capos from sinaloa are trying to take the chapitos out the GAME

  11. Guano is obviously wiser than his brother. He hasn't been caught. He has an extensive drug-trafficking operation in northern Mexico, Arizona and Texas, yet we rarely hear anything about him. He is satisfied with just being rich. El Chapo had to have money and all the power and look where it got him.
