"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

Just after noon on Monday, August 16, three women, one of them a minor, were kidnapped in the vicinity of the Los Alamos neighborhood, in the Cerro Colorado delegation, in Tijuana

Information obtained by ZETA reports that around 12:26 p.m. it was reported to emergency number 911 that hooded men, aboard a white Cherokee Jeep, arrived at a home located on Circunvalación Sur Street, and the three women were forcibly taken, apparently they are relatives of a command of the Municipal Police of Playas de Rosarito identified as César Silva.

The victims were identified as Margarita González, Cristel Valadez and the minor named Zulim, their whereabouts are currently unknown at this time.

Hours before the kidnapping, allegedly on Sunday night, criminals threw a Molotov cocktail and set fire to a vehicle.

Elements of the State Security and Investigation Guard are investigating the case and analyzing the surrounding cameras.

The Cartels have free passes from the Curupt government to do as they please, without the police responding, without citizens coming to help as they are unarmed.
