It is also presumed that he participated in the kidnapping of Mr. Víctor Alejandro López Soto, father of a woman who was romantically involved with  Teodoro García Simental aka “El Teo” and when she terminated the relationship,  she was murdered and allegedly her remains were diluted in acid by Santiago Meza López, aka "El Pozolero", as well as some of her relatives who accompanied her at the time of her disappearance.

A former Ministerial Police agent, identified as Marcos Javier Luján Rosales, was killed while in a restaurant in the Rio Zone, Tijuana, this Monday, February 17.

The first data indicate that today  the victim was accompanied by another man, who would later be identified as Jesús Valencia Mendoza,  inside the IMO Sushi, located on the Paseo de los Héroes avenue.

It was around 4:45 p.m., when unknown subjects entered the business and shot the victims at close range.

Municipal and paramedical agents of the Red Cross arrived at the site, who declared the former Minister dead, while his companion was transferred to the General Hospital for his attention. His health status is reported serious.

Witnesses said the alleged perpetrators were two men who fled the place aboard a white Ford Explorer truck.

After an operation implemented by the authority, it was possible to stop the driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe truck, gold color, which allegedly was escorting the Explorer.

In 2008, the name of Marcos Javier Luján Rosales was part of a list of ministerial agents linked to organized crime, who were appointed by the then commander of the Second Military Region, General Sergio Aponte Polito.

In a letter, the military revealed that Luján Rosales was engaged in kidnapping, together with the Chief Anti-kidnapping of the Subprocurator's Office against Organized Crime, José Heredia González, and another minister named Arturo Quetzalcóatl Vargas Zermeño.

In 2015 she was associated with the murder of a PGJE trainer, Itzel Medina, which was committed on May 1. A few days after the execution, a narco banner  with the names highlighted in red appeared in the vicinity of the Homicide office:

Translated by Sol:
Marcos Javier Luján Rosales why did you you send your men to kill me, your compadre Akiles and Rana? I would do favors for you. Why did you betray me? As for you Miguel Velasco Flores you will no longer do much for the miseries that they send you. You don’t do much for the homicides. Much less investigate them. And you M2 stop playing dumb ass. Juan Manuel Ojeda Soto Mayor you know well that La Rana ordered for me to be killed. And you support them because of the nexus that you have with them. This is how you protect your partners. By turning your back on them and allowing them to be killed.
Sincerely, Itzel Medina Garibaldi
It is also presumed that he participated in the kidnapping of Mr. Víctor Alejandro López Soto, father of a woman who was romantically involved with  Teodoro García Simental aka “El Teo” and when she terminated the relationship,  she was murdered and allegedly her remains were diluted in acid by Santiago Meza López, aka "El Pozolero", as well as some of her relatives who accompanied her at the time of her disappearance.

López Soto who denounced the situation and later days he was kidnapped by Luján Rosales, who was then identified as an active ministerial agent in Baja California.

Who the Sinaloan who left your ass on fire?
Estatal police Commander marcos javier lujan Rosales richly deserved his death, but a kidnapping was in order due to a need for a signed confession, along with his buddy general Sergio aponte Polito, even probably former army captain julian leyzaola, Tijuana police commander who has his own crime victims to answer for.
