The blacklist of 'El
Mencho' ... the hunting by the Jalisco
Nueva Generación Cartel begins, of officials in the Office of the Prosecutor; 2
dead
A macabre attack against
officials of the Attorney General of the State of Jalisco started with an
anonymous message
The Cartel Jalisco Nueva
Generación (CJNG), led by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes (El Mencho), has its
"blacklist" of objectives in the Attorney General office of that
State.
Between 10 and 15
"officials of the state government and some municipalities is in the
sights of the organized crime group,
said Jalisco prosecutor Gerardo Octavio Solis, who acknowledged that the
attacks against three agents of the prosecution last Friday, that caused the
death of two of them, were part of a strategy in which the perpetrators
"fell short".
According to reports, an
anonymous message arrived last Friday at the Attorney General of the State of
Jalisco. A male voice warned "that today they were going to proceed
against several elements of the prosecution, because an agreement failed to be
reached with the Jalisco New Generation
Cartel, and that today from 9 am they would proceed."
"We have data that
(the criminals) fell short, because in other objectives they could not act
(...). The common objectives are public servants of this prosecutor's office
and there is the real possibility of other objectives of the state or municipal
government, we do not rule out any possibility and we do the analysis of all
the information in depth, "said Solis.
The list of Mencho
The first alert arrived
around seven in the morning. An armed group had gone to look for an official at
her home. They surprised her when she was about to take her children to school.
The smallest of them was on the porch of the house when the assassins began the
attack.
There were 50 shots,
coming from at least four weapons. Miraculously, the official and her children
were unharmed. Her husband received nine hits. He is serious and in intensive
care.
The report alerted the
units, which went en masse to the Rinconada neighborhood. The intention,
apparently, was to send the police force to another point, because minutes
later came a second report, generated in the municipality of Tlajomulco, at the
other end of the city.
“Get out or we will go in
and kill everyone”
The crew of two SUVs, a
CRV and an Explorer of late model, arrived at the residence of a prosecutor's
investigator, in Residencial Jardines del Edén. They shouted from outside, they
called the agent by name. When he looked out, they began to shoot. A
nine-year-old boy was injured. According to the witnesses, the assailants
shouted: "Get out or we go in and kill everyone." The investigator
decided to leave. They secured him, taking him to one of the vehicles and
murdered.
Various units went, in
the middle of the morning traffic, towards the new point. According to a source
from the Office of the Prosecutor, agents combed the surrounding streets, where
safe houses have frequently been reported.
It is not known how, in
one of them, they were shot. It was a ferocious shooting: a confrontation of
more than one hour in which two alleged criminals died and three others were
arrested. Ten handguns and ten long weapons were collected. There were hundreds
of shots. The walls of the home were completely perforated. Two grenades thrown
from the inside were thrown in the street, without exploding. Halfway through
that shootout, came the report of a third attack.
The hit men went to the
home of an investigator who lived alone. They shot the walls of his home. They
found him showering. They killed him with a long weapon (his phone appeared
mysteriously lying in the corner, next to the body of a cyclist, who also died
of a gunshot).
The prosecutor, Gerardo
Octavio Solís, reported later that several suggested that the aggressors made a
blacklist of between ten and 15 officials.
Distraction; 14 bags of human remains
At 11:14 in the morning,
public security officials received a report from a neighbor, who took them to
an area of Tlaquepaque. There they found 14 black bags with human remains.
The bags did not look
new, they were "like powdered". In nine, experts from the Jalisco
Institute of Forensic Sciences located the remains of eight female corpses, and
one male.
Sources of the
prosecution assure that the bodies were unearthed from graves as part of the concerted action: a way
to distract the authorities, while the envoys of the CJNG perpetrated another
attack - that in the end did not take place.
He had never lived a day
like this in the metropolitan area: the assassins of Nemesio Oseguera, El
Mencho, playing cat and mouse, to send a message to the government of Enrique
Alfaro.

Jornada and El Universal
Mayo/cholo are trying to take mencho out through police and local government but it will be impossible the way cjng operates in jalisco
ReplyDeleteMini-pablo-escobar war against the state!
ReplyDeleteObviously Mencho feeling the heat and being pushed into a corner!
Remember when you put somebody into a corner, for example Iran, they will eventually try and fight their way out with all they have!
2:00 Contra propaganda, why would El Mencho be murdering when his own son is vulnerable in prison?
Delete--You could put manta on your own poopo reading;
"El Mencho was here", then call the police, they would probably stick the night stick tu yu por mamilas, pinchi, y payaso.
Just like in the movies
ReplyDeleteMaybe readers from USA will believe this is Mencho doing this but it is only enemies of Menchos part of CJNG that perform this narrative.
ReplyDeleteI agree
DeleteFiguring as to how Mencho's entry onto the world stage was an incident by which he tortured, dismembered, and staged the corpses of 50 completely innocent random citizens in the street in a single night merely tI send a point....I find it rich that you want to stand up for him and call allegations against him a false narrative.
Delete12:08 if you are talking about the 50 victims the police arrested in Veracruz and then delivered to their killers,
Deletesupposedly killed by "El supposed Mencho"
who then supposedly claimed they were zetas,
one could suppose you are wrong.
I am sure you could investigate, and find that the death squads of SSP of the state Arturo Bermudez and governor Javier "La Marrana" Duarte were very active even since Fidel Herrera Beltran was still in power, about 14 years ago. It has been discovered that the victims were not even criminals, just levantados, people lifted off the street by Veracruz state and municipal cops, one more Colombian Government specialty imported by mexican government crooks, believable and probable.
12:08 I do not translate what you write “I find it rich” and that I want to stand up for Mencho. I do not stand with any hijo de puta that will kill peoples inocente and I only share my observación and sometime i choose to share what I know (as when la Nariz abrí la boca hours before el malecón was seen over the world). I am not criminal but I have different experience and have known people of different opportunity than maybe you and many peoples of USA and Mexico and I sometimes will share but This does not make me rich for have almost 100% the belief (but I do not know ) Menchitita did not organize this notice and sicarios. I also belief many BB peoples and peoples who know traficantes belief this too because this is most important in Mexico where money comes to be clean, held by presta nombres, and to pay important empresas y gob. This is oldest strategy for both gob and enemi to attempt a negociación or hurt business. At end of day this is only business for the smart criminales as Mencho is and as Azul, Mayo and many many other who you will never know and appear today clean are. They possess cuentas and escrituras organized through presta nombres in cities they must have help in. Ego is why many sicarios of CDS, los zetas, golfos, CAF, and maybe a hundred of los grupos BLO do not stay in business too long. Ignacio was more powerful and known before Chapo and Chapo used this to take him and in the end Chapo had ego priority over business too. To survive business must be more important than ego and if not you are not smart criminal.
DeleteIf it is war they want, then give them war. Cowards.
ReplyDeleteThe Mexican president is not going after mencho. He let his law enforcement get killed.
ReplyDelete3:19 federal forces have been getting murdered by the dozens sometimes, but it has never been blamed on the Presidentes, like more than 20 Polesias Federales in Michuakan, more than 20 in Sanchez Taboada, Veracruz... Those were blamed on the polesias themselves or their corporation, not on AMLO.
Delete--BUT, modern pendejos on their quest for Chayote just can't get their gums off AMLO's Ying-Yangs, from which they hang like pit bulls from a rag.
Time will definitely tell if a relentless pursuit against Mencho will begin.
ReplyDeleteWho will FOLD
It seemed to me that it had begun and suddenly stopped when he showcased his iron will. I think the government is afraid of him lighting Guadalajara on fire if they try to catchave hI'm again. They were all over his a$$ now all of a sudden he's a ghost?
DeleteDystopian, road warrior, regressing society. CJNG is winning and Mexico and her neighbors are losing. It will take a heavy hand to claim back the old days when extortion was all Mexican citizens really had to worry about. Amlo won't head up that venture.
ReplyDelete4:47 if not AMLO, then who formed the Guardia Nacional?
DeleteOf course, it has its own commanders, and they will not get on the field on time for much else but the yellow tape or the funerals.
You can head the chayote line And keep complaining about AMLO.
Seems like a good time to find another line of work
ReplyDelete“It was a beef between criminals” AMLO_
ReplyDeletemencho has no power.
ReplyDeleteEl 85 vs el mencho
ReplyDeleteI think it is time for CJNG to be labeled as a terrorist organization. Mencho is @ war with someone or something in damn near all the States of Mexico. I believe that the government of Mexico knows where he is but they are too scared to go and get him.
ReplyDeleteSend the national guard in
ReplyDeleteShades of Pablo Escobar here. Time for Mexico to make a black list. It's the only way things will get better...if first they get worse. Los Pepes worked well for Colombia. A little different situation BUT WHAT DOES MEXICO HAVE TO LOSE vis-a-vis the crime problem?
ReplyDelete8:27 all the organizations fighting against drug the trafficking in Colombia that Pablo Escobar supposedly represented, were in fact creations of Alvaro Uribe Velez who lost no time agrandizing the drug trafficking business and stealing peoples property, Perseguidos por Pablo Escobar AUC, ELN and FARC were just his drug traffickers and murderers and providers of Falsos Positivos...
Delete11:13 then Alvaro Uribe Velez turned on his own associates to keep all the loot for himself and mainly to silence them, like El Mono Jojoy, real guerrillas had to get further away in the jungle to escape AUV greed and even to form other connects and friendships.
DeleteThis is just so sad the people of jalisco have to live like this the government needs to take a stand and not let a coward intimidate them whats the problem ther no excuse were all just men. They got guns you got guns to.they bleed just like anyone else they aint nothing elite or delta about cjng im noy saying GDL, jal was perfect before but it was 90% safer and everything was running like a machine and the most importantly the people were happy and felt safe when others were mostly in charge Dpn Nacho pues lo unico bueno es que estas con tu hijo
ReplyDeleteMaybe the government should stop protecting there favorite informant mayo his greed has caused mayhem for 3 decades
DeleteThat's when there was no competition tonto
DeleteCJNG has nothing to lose,
Deleteguachos have everything to lose.
Check the water on the beans,
ahi pa que le midan lagua a los frijoles.
It is obvious that if this is Mencho he is launching a full scale attack on these people. I feel terrible for the innocent people of this town.
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for MEXICO, it's inhumane lots getting killed. All AlMO offers is riddles and jokes.
DeleteThe real battles are in Sonora & Tamaulipas
Delete12:41 la Guardia Nacional has a Lotta pingas,
Deleteahi pa que te hogues.
Wow.mencho playing chess
ReplyDeleteCJNG is more ruthless and daring than any drug cartels of Mexico. Mencho reminds me of Pablo Escobar.
ReplyDeleteAND HIS GONNA END UP LIKE HE DID................
DeleteQUIEN NO CONOCE SU HISTORIA ESTA CONDENADO A REPETIRLA
9:54 remember how he ended ..
Delete5:50 Pablo never imagined some pendejo looking like a good sheep would result in big bad wolf like Alvaro Uribe Velez, the reason the murdering and crime in Colombia never ceased until Fidel Castro's buddy presidente Santos better known in Cuban Circles as "Santiago" el Barbon made peace with the guerrillas just to take that excuse off Velez' armory of Falsos Positivos.
DeleteThis has been going on for decades, nothing new here.. this is actually not as violent
ReplyDeleteAll these gringos think its the end of the world. You're right, shit has been bad for decades. Its actually been pretty calm compared to other years
DeleteComplete lawlessness. What a disgrace, completely unacceptable that the people of Mexico have to live with this kind of chaos and constant insecurity.
ReplyDelete1:23 all Mexicans live in this Misery, acceptance or rejection by the likes of you does not matter
DeleteThere is a new book, American Carnage, by Tim Alberta
Deleteenjoy...
Could it be 85 ? He knows Mencho no doubt but so does Cholo ?
ReplyDeleteMencho is a scum bag baby killer. Anyone who knows where he is kill him and get the $10 million reward from the Americans
ReplyDelete11:51 as head of a Racqueteer Influenced Criminal Organization, all La Mencha has to do is arrange a surrender and confess for leniency, but it is like your daddy is not responsible for your pendejadas after a certain age, right?
DeleteHi, the whole thing is going well here and ofcourse every one is sharing
ReplyDeleteinformation, that's in fact excellent, keep up writing.
