Suspected Murderer of 3 in SJC Arrested in Sinaloa

La Paz, Baja California Sur (BCS) . The Attorney General's Office of the State (PGJE ) announced, in a press conference, that the arrest of the alleged perpetrator of the murder of the girls Jhoselyn , 18, and Yesenia , 16 years of age; both were in the status of disappeared since October 12, in the municipality of Los Cabos .

According to the attorney general's office, the person responsible for the "forced disappearance" of the women had already left the state, fleeing the judicial authorities, however, they added, in coordination with the Sinaloa Prosecutor's Office , authorities arrested Vidal 'N' in that entity.

The alleged responsible for the events, was already transferred to Baja California Sur where he will face criminal proceedings for the murder of these two people.

El Vidal Being Arrested in Culiacan, Sinaloa

Elements of the Elite Police of the State Preventive Police, managed, on Friday morning the arrest of the alleged person responsible for the disappearance of two young people in the state of Baja California Sur.

It was specified that the intelligence work and coordination with the authorities of that entity allowed the location and detention of Vidal 'N' for the crime of disappearance of individuals  of Jhoselyn and Yesenia "N", of 18 and 16 years of age. age, respectively, events that occurred on October 12 in Baja California Sur.

It was around six o'clock this Friday when the elements of the Public Security Secretariat of Sinaloa located, in the Santa Elena colony in Culiacán, a suspicious person, with indications that it could be Vidal 'N', due to the information that had been received by the authorities of Baja California Sur, reason why the persecution of the same was initiated, identifying the suspect, proceeding to his arrest.

The detainee was immediately made available to carry out the corresponding investigations.

It should be noted that just a few days ago the bodies of two women were found dead, which, after the necessary tests, confirmed that it was indeed Jhoselyn and Yesenia. 

It is important to mention that, "El Vidal" could also be responsible for the death of a man, ie the other corpse found next to  these women, who was identified as Pedro "N".

The Attorney General referred to the case of these young women could have to do with organized crime, as mentioned by the attorney Daniel de la Rosa Anaya, who said that one of the lines of investigation was drug dealing.

The authorities said that there could be others involved in the events; however, they did not disclose more details about it. It is appropriate to add that those responsible for administering justice in the entity did not talk about the motive that led to the murder, nor the intellectual author of it.
