Elements of the Secretariat of the Navy of Mexico (Semar) in coordination with the Attorney General's Office (PGR) detained José Luis Gutiérrez Ochoa, alias "El Tolín", in the municipality of Bahía de Banderas, state of Nayarit, he is the son of José Luis Gutiérrez Valencia, "Don Chelo" and brother-in-law of Rubén Oseguera González, "El Menchito", son of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, "El Mencho", leader of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación (CJNG).
Through a statement, the federal institutions announced that "El Tolín", and / or "77" and / or "El Senor de la TT", was arrested during an operation carried out in the residential complex Green Bay II, located in the interior of the El Tigre golf club, where they were confiscated two handguns with cartridges -among them a 9 millimeters-, and synthetic drugs (around 300 doses of crystal meth).
"El Tolín" was made available to the agent of the Public Ministry of the Federation, in order to determine his legal status. According to the PGR, this subject served as operator of the CJNG in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

Derived from the death of "Don Chelo" and / or "Ojo de Vidrio", one of his sons, Héctor Salvador Gutiérrez Ochoa, alias "El Chavo", assumed control of the distribution of narcotics in said municipalities of the state of Jalisco, However, this subject disappeared on December 19, 2017, so "El Tolín" took command of the CJNG in Guadalajara and Tonalá.
"Don Chelo" was identified as an in law of "El Mencho". In addition, Gutiérrez Valencia is the father of the sentimental partner of Rubén Oseguera González, "El Menchito", detained by special forces of the Mexican Army and the Federal Police, on June 23, 2015, in Zapopan.
In May of 2017, a video was released in which a party was observed hosted by "Don Chelo", "Antonio Herrera Ochoa", or "The 77", in June 2013, inside the Preventive Prison of Puente Grande , to celebrate Father's Day, and one year after the death of his son, with the permission of the then head of custodians, Enrique Huerta Balcázar, dismissed on November 21 of that same year.

ReplyDeleteThere is nothing idiotic about legalizing your black market. They took a page from the Cali cartel and turned themselves in but they are going along with the plan. All of the capos biggest fear was extradition to the good old US of A and yet the zambadas went straight to them. Negotiated and will have a lifetime of riches after their short jail stints. Everything good in life comes with a sacrifice and they’ve all did it. May not make sense from most people’s point of view but why wait until someone else gets captured and have a stronger case built against you while the other gets to walk!
