Subject Matter: Nahum Abraham Sicairos, El Quinceanero

Personnel of the Investigative Agency of the PGR, with support of the army, detained this morning Nahum Abraham Sicairos Montalvo, El Quinceanero, alleged financial operator of Damaso Lopez Serrano, El Mini Lic.
Sicairos Montalvo was apprehended as part of an operation in the Residential Franccionamiento Real Esmeralda, in the town of Atiapan de Zaragoza, in State of Mexico.
A little after 7am, the detained was taken from a house and transferred to the installations of SEIDO, in Mexico City, under a strong security operation.
The PGR informed in a communication that El Quinceanero had an arrest warrant with end of extradition to the United States, for crimes of criminal association to distribute and import drugs of different types, as well as having a red alert issued against him by Interpol.
He noted that Nahum Abraham is required by the United States Justice Department for arrest warrants issued in August of 2016 by the Federal Court of the South District of California.
On the 27th of July, Damaso Lopez Serrano, El Mini Lic, son of capo Damaso Lopez Nunez, El Licenciado, and godson of El Chapo Guzman, gave himself up to the DEA on the frontier of Mexicali/Calexico, California.
Lopez Serrano and his father controlled the criminal cells of Los Antrax and Los Montana, and maintained a dispute with Aureliano Guzman Loera, El Guano, brother of El Chapo Guzman, and with the sons of El Chapo for control of the Sinaloa Cartel.
