Suspect in the Killing of General Niño Arrested

Translation assistance provided byspike151
Fernando Adame Monsiváis, 37 years old, was arrested in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo León on Thursday, December 4.  He was driving on the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo highway in a Silverado pickup that had been stolen in Guadalupe and was stopped at the 115 km mark.  Police officers that inspected his vehicle found a rocket propelled grenade (RPG) launcher (although no actual grenades were with it), two AK-47 assault rifles, 26 ammunition clips, 800 rounds of ammunition of different calibers, tactical equipment, and five bags of drugs that he was transporting to Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.

Fernado was once a police officer in the state of Durango but was eventually dismissed.  Thereafter, he moved to Michoacán, where he worked for a criminal organization, the name of which reports of his arrest does not mention.  The Nuevo León state prosecutor's office reported that he had worked for a criminal organization near the border for a month and a half and suspect he was involved in the killing of General Ricardo Niño and his wife Flora Pineda on November 1While the majority of reports did not specify the organization he currently works for, La Jornada does claim he is a member of Los Zetas which is extremely likely to be correct.

What is the proof of culpability of this presumed guilty?
General nino said to have been killed with a woman not his wife, who led him to his death and was rewarded with bullets for the help, people call him 'el general reciclado', 'the recycled general' after having fallen due to incompetence and oher massacres under his watch...like so many other former military police commanders, nino seems to have been as corrupt as inept or both... the inexplicable mystery...

  2. This cartel hitmen might be one of the last of the mohicans. The violence in N.L. state has drastically decreased. The gov. of N.L. has stepped up it's security efforts. The Zetas in N.L. are becoming extinct and practically unheard of. Maybe when Z-40 was captured in N.L., near the border with Tamaulipas in 2013, really signified the nail in the coffin of the Z's or the beginning of the end.

    2. You are completely retarded in your statement the z are a debilitated cartel split into fractions they still have to use extortion and kidnapping as a source of income because they do not have major drug suppliers available which is why the pacted with the blo , the blo has the drug connection the zetas need next time make sure you know what you're talking about before attempting to sound as if you know anything at all

    3. As a matter of fact I do know more than you. Look up the fact that zetas go to colombia, Peru or other south American countries to get coke. You must be a sinaloa nut hugger fo being blind to the fact that zetas are strong as ever or to think blo or cds are the only cartels that can get coke, pendejo.!! And I ain't no fan of any of those pendejos oppressing, killing and extorting Mexicans. Their all the same with diferent names.

    1. His saying Nuevo Leon not Nuevo Laredo.

The Z in Nuevo Leon are finished! The only Z plazas they got are the ones by the highway going to Nuevo Laredo everyone knows that the CDG controls all the metropolitan area of Monterrey. Most people in Monterrey work for the CDG....

    2. They're almost gone, same here in Nuevo Laredo, they don't mean anything anymore, they're almost broke, they kidnap some innocent person trying to get some cash because they ain't got enough money for gas. They say z42 stole his mommy social security check to buy some weed.

  9. There should be no doubt that Los Zetas murdered General Niño. Before Niño was murdered, several banners appeared in Nuevo Laredo basically telling Niño to get out of the city. The order to kill General Niño came from the top Zetas bosses Z42 and plaza boss of Nuevo Laredo Comandante Rama. Some of you guys are saying that Los Zetas don't control Nuevo Leon. I think the reason is because people don't hear news about Los Zetas but I think that's because Los Zetas have kept a low profile ever since Lazcano was killed. CDG does control parts of NL but so does Los Zetas which from what I know El Erotico runs the show in the central part of Mexico. El Erotico is an original member of Los Zetas and really close to Lazcano.

    1. La Erótica and Lascana are both dead, z40 sold the info about their whereabouts.

    2. The reason you don't hear about the Z is because everyone is too frightened to report anything about them. All journalists from NL , tamps , Coahuila all know its a death sentence to report anything about them.

    3. There is no real proof that El Erotico is dead.. If there is post a link..

  10. The zetas are not finished, when the president, his comisionado nazi-onal police commissioner general was a zeta from the start, enrique francisco galindo ceballos, university of san luis potosi porro, with his uncle julio ceballos, and as much a zeta as pena nieto's past and present zeta narco governors...
The elite zetas just do not brag so much, but they are there and all over...presently working undercover for the government terrorizing, kidnapping, murdering and disappearing "communist guerrilla narco-students troublemakers"
--I watched again today my beloved copy of judgement at nuremberg, and still sounds like today, with government officers claiming impunity because they were acting under superior orders and just being patriotic according to the law of the land, just being patriots following the written laws

  14. Of course he had worked as a police officer in Durango.Where all the hardcore killers who have experience get promoted to the good team (goverment)sicarios and/ or military security forces is there a difference? They dont have similar interest do they? Of course not the goverment cares about the safety of the people and the sicarios care about money,or do they both have money as their goal?
