Miguel Caro Quintero brother of RCQ out of ADX and deported back to Mexico

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat from ZETA Tijuana

Miguel Ángel Caro Quintero completed his sentence in the United States and was deported to Mexico through the Tijuana El Chaparral port of entry border crossing (Puerto Fronterizo El Chaparral), without being prevented from traveling freely.

Sources from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE) informed ZETA that the deportation occurred last Friday, and that upon entering Mexican soil, Caro was received by his family.

The freedom of Miguel Ángel, brother of Rafael Caro Quintero, former leader of the Guadalajara Cartel, took place after serving a sentence of 17 years in the maximum-security prison of ADX Florence, in Colorado, where. drug trafficker Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán was transferred last week.

Miguel Caro, 56, who led from the city of Caborca, the so-called Sonora Cartel, was jailed after being found responsible for the charges of organized crime in Colorado and conspiracy to traffic marijuana in Arizona.

The Sinaloan was captured in December 2001 in the city of Los Mochis [Sinaloa] by federal investigation agents in compliance with a provisional detention order for extradition purposes issued by the First District Court of Federal Criminal Proceedings in Mexico City.

Caro Quintero was driving a gray 2000 model Chevrolet truck and at the time of his capture,  he was found with a Super 38 caliber pistol. He was accompanied by a subject named Elieder N.

The then Attorney General of the Republic (PGR) reported that the antecedents of the processes followed in the United States for the District of Arizona indicated that from 1982 to 1986, Miguel Caro together with his brother Rafael and 27 members of the organization, exported marijuana and cocaine for a subject named Michael Hooks, in North American territory.

The drug was stored and later sold to traffickers throughout the United States, using clandestine flight systems and land transportation. Undercover agents of the DEA negotiated with Miguel, in order to establish various clandestine airstrips in the United States.

After spending time in the Altiplano maximum security prison, Miguel Ángel Caro Quintero was transferred to Cefereso 3 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, where he was extradited to the United States on February 25, 2009.

The Mexican pleaded guilty to the charges and collaborated with the US authorities to impose a reduced sentence of 17 years for a Federal Court in Denver, Colorado.

To date, his brother Rafael Caro Quintero is a fugitive after he was released due to a judicial error on August 9, 2013 in the trial of the kidnapping and murder of DEA agent Enrique Camarena Salazar and Mexican pilot Alfredo Zavala Avelar, for which he was sentenced to 40 years in prison.

In the case of Miguel Ángel, it was confirmed that he left the super security prison ADX Florence, known as the "Alcatraz de las Rocosas", where Osiel Cárdenas Guillén, Javier Arellano Félix and now Joaquín Guzmán Loera are also imprisoned.

The whereabouts of Miguel Caro is unknown after his internment in the country.

    1. Party time, but why would Miguel be working with DEA after the murder of Kiki Camarena attributed to his brother Rafael?
Maybe they were left orphaned by their CIA connections when the shit started to hit the fan and everybody really went to work for the DEA after that, after all it was put under CIA alumnus direction after Berrellez and Co. would not leave the CIA "rogue agents" who murdered Camarena alone, Hector Berrellez and Phil Jordan are still waiting for Felix Ismael Rodriguez Mendigutia's lawyers and lawsuits after he told the world on FOX NEWS and PROCESO about their dirty deeds a few years ago, namely drug trafficking to the US and the kidnapping, torture, murder of DEA Agent Enrique Camarena in cahoots with their Mexican partners in the Cartel de Guadalajara and the mexican government.

    5. 9:44 i don’t believe either will be extradited to USA alive for el Mayo and Don Rafa understand what is necessary to exist with no tracks safely in milion hectares de la sierra where there are no roads and few places to land by air. Yes it may suck being old man on run but still better to be free en la sierra than Colorado. No?

    6. No doubt ! Imagine having to run and look over your shoulder at 60 years old that ain’t no life. I’m happy making my 55g a year and not be living a stupid life like that

      Delete
    7. exactly!!! but you are saying 56 years is old? i think 40s and 50s must be the best. I know plenty people in 60s still have it together. sill strong, still look good, much smarter about life, and the stupid should be evaporated by then.

it is a different world today with respect to aging...but I like your philosophy about living a clean life...👊

    8. None of those guys are actually "On The Run". If you know anything about the capabilities of modern day US Technology, any human being who ever speaks a word into a phone, immediately identifies their location to US Intel. This is just one very simple example. Many other methods of fugitive tracking does exist and is constantly in action every moment of every day. Just because they don't take immediate action, and often times never take action, doesn't mean that they don't know the physical location of their targets of interest. The US Controllers of all that exists in this Game, know where all of their players are. This just plays out a real time novela to keep the forums and public attention on these Hollywood style reports. Meanwhile, the drugs keep pouring in, and the money and guns keep flying out. Without drugs entering into this Country, many Federal agencies would be without jobs and definitely without funding. It's all one big Game, and the US Federales are the true Capos and reason that this exists and continues to grow. It's all logic and in plain site. Don't get distracted by the Corridos and fairy tales, those are just part of the smoke and mirrors. Things are far more complex than anyone on any of these forums will ever know or much less mention if they are a true player with the full picture from the top down. The speculation and conversations surrounding all of these things allows the plan to play out as intended. You all stay busy and occupied with shock and awe of the day, while the true players import and tons of drugs every day and generate profits that you would never believe. The spotlight is right where it needs to be, while the true players keep things flowing and collect their cash at both ends of the spectrum. If this were not the case, then the supply chain would be interrupted and availability across the States would be limited, but that has never been the case, and never will be, because those are not the rules of the game. -Peace and You're welcome!

    9. 56 is in fact old IF you’re on the run, There is no hospitals out there can’t go to the hospital because they’re in populated areas doctor can’t do shit out there other than give you pain killers, medication. chapo said he was trying to get his muela fixed because it was causing pain when he got caught, I can walk down the street and get it fixed in a week or two. My knee bothers me sometimes and I’m 35.. can’t imagine being 55 in the sierra in constant movement
