Soldiers of the Mexican Army intercepted a convoy of assassins aboard trucks that carried an arsenal with assault rifles and tactical equipment, in the municipality of Santa Ana, north of Sonora.

The events took place on Wednesday afternoon, at approximately 2:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. time in Mexico City) when troops from the 45th Military Zone carried out ground reconnaissance work near the Kennedy neighborhood, when they surprised the suspects at the Apolo Hotel, located on Mexico City Highway 15, Hermosillo-Santa Ana stretch, between Baja California and Benjamin Hill streets.

A preliminary report indicates that a total of nine men were detained, carrying 10 assault rifles such as AK-47 and AR-15, as well as bullet-proof vests, trimmings, more than 50 long-rifle loaders, as well as boxes with magazines.

The suspects, weapons and vehicles were placed at the disposal of the Agent of the Federal Public Ministry of the Attorney General's Office by elements of the State Police who acted as the first responding authority.

  1. Perfect timing. Looks like the army prevented a crime from occurring.

Now what are the odds of the Army preventing such? Odds favor confidential informant.

    1. 12:44 the odds are zero to a million, most probably the soldiers lent the boys their own weapons to stage some work to show off.
I am grateful nobody got killed. Someone is making a name for himself on his way to the pigs' trough.

    1. 6:36 they were just on their way to somewhere,
      ready to defend themselves.
In the US people go armed to their tiits to peaceful meetings against the NRA to defend themselves, their Bibles and their 2nd Ammendment against government encroachment... financed by the Russians who gave 30 million dollars to the NRA for their services --y nadie dice nada.

  14. My primo was one of the supposed sicarios. He stated that they were there to get across border but were picked up by the real sicarios. The sicarios thought my primo and others were contras and they took them to a hotel. At the hotel the sicarios were interrogating them and thats when the mitary showed up. The real sicarios got away and military accused my primo along with the other migrants of being sicarios.
My primo comes from a poor ranch in Sinaloa called El Mesquite Mocorito.

  15. The poor guys were setup not sicarios they are currently getting lawyered up. The ones pictured in the paper hail from Mocorito Sinalaoa they are simply migrants who were on there way to the states for work but ended up getting confused with being contras and got picked up while they were eating waiting for bus. One of them got away while the others got taken to a hotel. At the hotel they were beaten and the military showed up. The real sicarios got away and the kidnapped migrants ended up getting arrested.
