Senator Saya Media Is 'Dramatizing' Veracruz Massacre Story

Armadillo For Borderland Beat From El Arsenal

Veracruz- Now it's Senator Gloria Sánchez turn to cause scandal and controversy, affirming yesterday, during a press conference, that the media "are magnifying the drama and favoring a very bad policy of destructive opposition", referring to the coverage that the media has given to the  Minatitlan massacre , where 14 civilians lost their lives, including a minor.

Of course, after backlash, the senator tried to apologize in a press release saying she was taken out of context and respects objective media.

They are right if they are blaming the Fifi press because all the dogs want is gordas, or chayote.

Even the inept Mexican Senator has the attitude of “just move along, nothing to see.”

Narrow based Negative communist propaganda like like made up facts, factoids, straight out lies or twisted, bent and stretched half truths have a place, but it is not in the public discourse, if you want to get serious,
      if not, don't blame others.

Using your logic, A board of directors would keep a CEO that can’t run the company, and is taking it to ruin right? Not. The CEO would be replaced.

How well is Mexico being run? And the gaff she makes after many innocent people were murdered? But that’s okay in your book. Wait. You don’t know how to read! Lol

  5. What a farce of a statement by the senator. No matter how bad other killings and massacres around the country are, her saying the media is hyping up 14 people getting massacred is the problem with Mexico. She instead should say this massacre is the “tip of the iceberg “ in all of Mexico. But no, her investments are likely hitting her own pocket.

    1. 4:09 it is not the facts, or the unknowns, it is the quickly drawn conclusions that AMLO is to blame, that he does not care, that "he promised" and the daily reporting on their shitty view with a twisted wind.
All politics is local said a wise assed American, ask your municipales what the hell halpened and fire them.

  6. Well, as Ronnie said...
the senator is right, the press misses their chayote, AMLO refuses to feed them animals their chayote,
The extreme right agitators expect to get back in the saddle robbing Mexico blind and THEY KEEP STIRRING the Prensa Fifi with every little Massacre and the hope of some day get back in their burros with the moral full of chayote...
Forgetting Jorge Winckler as the Attorney General is in charge of public security, investigations and polesias, while working to undermine the governor Cuitlahuac Garcia, whose job is the executive and to try to work with legislative and judiciary. It would be like blaming anybody if EL Popo activates again.
Point is what is Winckler doing to prevent these in incidents, to solve this case, and the many others before he came into the job Yunes Linares gave him for 9 years?
Maybe he needs to go if he can't do the job.

    2. 9:48 separate the politicians' sins between omission and commision, then give each his part.
In this case, the federal government is setting up their moves, but jorge Winckler has been states AG for about 2 years, with 7 to go, he is a gift of Miguel Angel Yunes Linares who won and is done with his two year governorship to Cuitlahuac Garcia who will be governor for 6 years, nomas pa Cagarle el Palo al morenista.

  8. Of course, the chayote lobby is attacking "the presidente" that refuses to feed their "hambre de chayote", forgetting the responsibility for law enforcement and crime prevention is a local matter and then a state matter, and that when nothing works it becomes federal business.
--nice to see Nestora, La Comandanta may have something to say, like meybe, arrest the polesias and jorge winckler por inutil...

    1. 9:19 this "veracruz case" is about the Minatitlan murders,
it is not about anybody stealing anything, budget or cadavers.
and she is right to complain about the Prensa Fifi that accuse AMLO worse than if he was recorded doing the dirty deed all by himself, choosing to ignore the states attorney jorge winckler adds to the ignominy, because AMLO refuses to pay Chayote to the press to say good things about his "socialist absolutist a king regime"...
They are lucky I am not AMLO, because I would have disappeared these motherfackers a while ago.
I wonder how much chayote would embone the mophakkas,
EPN said bitterly: "ningun chile les embona"

  10. When your nation is finding hundreds of dead and missing many more, I suppose you can say people are being overly dramatic, but that says a lot about how callous some have become to the violence.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Hell yes it's drama. With hundreds of corpses being found every month in fosas, what's a piddling 14 more? one death is a tragedy, one million is a statistic - (Joseph Stalin)

Like in the USA political theater over rules and outweighs human rights, justice, and morality. The political climate in Georgetown D.C. is just as far removed from reality as it is in el DF. Hillary Clinton asked seriously with regards to Julian Assange "Can't we use a cruise missile on him or something?" She was not joking.

How much more of this insanity can our people take?

  12. Dramatizing? It was a massacre of 14 people! Are the people of Veracruz supposed to pretend it didn't happen? I guess it's not just criminals who would like a media blackout. Politicians don't want you to see how inept and corrupt they are at doing their jobs! Blame it on the media.
