One of the priority objectives of the State in the struggle to restore peace to Guanajuato, arrested wearing NWA shirt, Narcos With Attitude

Guanajuato- In a joint operation, the state attorney general’s office, the state public security secretariat and the ministry of the Mexican Navy, Detained Eliseo “N” aka “ El Titi” identified as one of the main leaders of the Cartel Santa Rosa de Lima, commanded by José Antonio Yepez aka “El Marro”, supposedly one of Marro's right hand men.

The arrest was made in a search of two buildings in the community of Neutla, in the municipality of Comonfort, Guanajuato, along with two others.  Seized in the operation was an arsenal, drugs and several vehicles.

In the interinstitutional operation, the state and federal forces also located at least four bodies.

El Titi has a criminal records of firearms and probable collusion in homicide.

In a statement, it was noted that information collected by intelligence systems indicate him as a probable leader of a group committing homicides based in Santa Rosa, dedicated to fuel theft, with operations in Villagran, Celaya, Salvatierra and Comonfort.

El Titi was one of the targeted priorities.

El Triste
The arrest was a part of the follow-up to the investigations of the  appearance of an armed commando in the North Command of the Municipal Police of Celaya, last Thursday, who wanted to abduct a detainee named Armando Soto “El Triste” who is the alleged plaza leader of Familia Michoacana.

In the same incident El Triste and another man were killed in the confrontation.

El Titi was arrested without a single shot being fired.

  1. Great catch, but unfortunately a judge that's likes blood money, will set him free, to commit more crime and murders.

    3. Doubt he will get let out by the judge. Not in Santa Rosa Lima’s case. It’s clear CJNG pays more AND Amlo clearly wants to shut down fuel theft more then anything else. I’m sure Pemex definitely isn’t going to line his pockets in return. They really seem to be going after these El Marro’s crew then anyone else right now.

    2. 7:06 Brazil has been killing ratas de la ciudad, I mean city rats, for the last 40 years, (minor aged poor homeless children) and fighting charges of human rights abuses and genocide by their police, and there are always more and more homeless kids.
Looks like nature wants to kick out of Amazonia all the greedy bastards destroying that patrimony of human kind.
One thing is for sure, garranteed even,

  4. Why wasting tax money to feed and accommodate this waste bag ? Just shot in his head and finish off his chapter. Close the case as he fired and to defend ourselves encountered him. It happens a lot here in my city (only on criminals who are tough to prove guilt)

    1. 12:10 A society that can't handle imprisoning their criminals is all facked up, and if it needs to kill anybody without trials and has law enforcement arbitrarily executing extrajudiciarily they have become genocidal murderers doing crimes against humanity.
Procers that chose that way of life find themselves fighting their own death sentences or to escape history's judgment.
--Bill Conroy used to warn in his writings this was going to happen if the so called "war on drugs" was imposed on Mexico.
"El triste" looks very alive on his photo, may have been from a prior arrest by a green horn death squad without No prisoners! Politics
