URUAPAN, Mich., .- A heavily armed group forcefully entered the Hospital del Ángel, in the La Magdalena neighborhood, to finish off a person who had survived an attack.

Reports say a commando group arrived at the El Angel Hospital to attack a person who was being treated as a victim of firearm injuries.

The victim was a motorist who had been assaulted last Saturday in the La Joyita neighborhood in this city. According to the information provided by the Michoacán Police, the now deceased was an avocado entrepreneur, whose identity was not provided. The authorities referred to the arrival of some assassins who went to the offended room and then shot him to death to escape immediately.

Just the previous Saturday, the victim was shot in Stockholm street of the La Joyita neighborhood, while driving a luxurious red Ford Mustang sports car. Following the attack the driver drove badly injured to the Hospital where his murder was completed.

While the executions are the daily bread in the second most important city in the world in production of avocado, elements of the Michoacán Police, give" vigilance "for two months as security guards to the private company, Sistema Radial de Uruapan , SA de CV better known as "Radiorama", where for 24 hours there remains a patrol of six elements of men and women, by instructions of their bosses, although the president of Mexico, prohibited the escort service.

  1. When we went to the mercado de abastos in Morelia 15-years ago we found out our 5 tonneladas of mangos could not be sold or purchased without having a coyote. Mr Lopez Obrador has not scratched the surface.

    1. maybe he was into more than just avocados......
.....the hit looks straight up cartel related, you must be involved to be taken out like that right....
...not always, maybe he was into some shady shit maybe he wasnt I dont know, but remember that not because ur taken out like that means you are involved, he couldve also been simply an avocado bussinesman and the motive couldve been a refusal or failure to pay extorsion fees.

  8. Isn't an on-the-spot tiro de gracia standard business practice in these circles? Perhaps that must be weighed against the danger of lingering overlong at the scene.

  9. Avocado capital of the world where cartels like viagras are trying to extort the owners. The owners have a good strategy though, they have their own police strapped to the teeth.. saw an article here a few years back

  10. Gunning down an injured person in the hospital who was targeted days prior says there a lot more to this story.
Those are some very expensive avocados for someone to kill him over it?

Sure an affiliate of some criminal organization. Pretty sure most of the Mexican people have some sort of knowledge or affiliate to some criminal organization. Whether through friendly gestures or through business dealings. Looks like the citizens of Mexico are screwed.

May be best to wear blinders when out and about.

    Just saying
