"El Guero" Palma transferred to Altiplano No. 1 faces murder charges

Lucio R. Borderland Beat material from PGR

“El Guero Palma” arrived in Mexico through the border city of Matamoros Tamaulipas, where he was greeted by Mexican officials, agents of the Mexican Navy, and an arrest warrant on murder charges.

He was then transferred to Mexico City via airplane, and from there PGR agents transferred him to prison in a Federal Police helicopter.  He is now imprisoned at  The Federal Social Readaptation Center No. 1  more commonly known as "Altiplano".  Altiplano is the prison El Chapo made famous by his escape through a tunnel.

Although the attorney general’s office could not find outstanding charges to keep him incarcerated, at least one state did.  The arrest warrant was issued by the attorney general of the Mexican state of Nayarit, where the murders allegedly occurred.

Reports are being published that say he will remain in Altiplano for a short while to be processed, then transferred to Jalisco.

    1. 9:55 and what makes you think that the 20 years locked up, including his 3 years spent in Supermax, haven't made him look back on all that's happened? And what kind of bullshit CNN article are you reading? "Murdering and torturing countless people?" Well aside from having El Padrinos, Clavels, and the Arellanos family members and associates, who else has he "murdered and tortured?" If you really knew what went down, you'd know that he stuck to the old school code and that was no murdering innocents. He only took out the people that needed to be taken care of. I'm not a Sinaloa nuthugger either, I just hate how so many people talk smack about something they barely know.

    7. Didnt Clavel throw GP kids off a bridge first?

    8. The kids were thrown off the bridge after he killed their mother and he took them out of Mexico[Venezuela] where he knew he would be safe from the dirty deed.

    1. 11:59am; excellent question but I don't think that even PAN leadership has the juevos for that. Good thing is PAN won 7 state gobierno and people saying no to PRI corrupcion and Gortari's head puppet EPN

    2. 8:06 it was Morena or el PAN, so, el PRI ALLOWED el PAN, for 2018, el PRI ain't allowing shit, unless Margara la señora de fecal I mean de Calderon el borrachin, gets to look like the statue of liberty by then, pero toda encuerada a birote en Playboy...
--the PRI WILL TRY TO COLLECT, it cooperated with calderon, calderon cooperated with epn, como los putos que son, una y una...the rest of the parties is in the bag, jumping for their orders...
EL PRI has stolen all the last 5 elections through vote fraud, but righteously demands "not to have agendas of revenge about the past", but to look at the bright future of the mexico of the future, you will have to buy your own star wars outfit and light saber (made in china) at your favorite walmart.
TEDx may arrange for you a talk/conference starring Emilio Salinas, he will repeat the speech about "ya es hora!" Where he repeats that "the problem is not the government, or the government's corruption, but the people that allow it"...
--because they do not go to Harvard U and their parents do not get them a job with Lazard Frerés, I guess...

    3. Is Emilio Salinas the only son of Presidente Salinas?Would he be in the neighbourhood of maybe 60 years old?I read somewhere he does feel good speeches.I was wondering because in 1989 about a month after arriving in Mexico City some friends were taking me around sightseeing near the Presidential buildings in DF.My friend rear ended a really nice car. They told me it was the son of the then current Presidente Salinas. He was actually a really nice guy and told everyone not to worry. My friend couldn't believe who he rear ended. Was wondering if it might be the same guy?He wasn't angry at all about the inconvenience.

    4. Emiliano Salinas is a nice guy, looks nice, talks nice, he even talks nice about "his dad" because, well that is "his dad", what can he do? (His words)
--Seems like he is about to run for presidente, in spite of his apparent innanity, his daddy dedicated his book to his new son, Carlos Salinas de gortari must have had his monkey gonad injections, and his new bombita working overtime...
But in his public service, nothing will make right all the wrongs he did to mexico to enrich himself and his sicarios.

    5. So he only has the 1 son then Salinas.I mean 1 that was legal[not counting affairs]that he raised so it probably was him.I couldn't remember his name at the time. All I know was my buddies were very surprised who they hit and a little scared at 1st since the accident was their fault til he talked to us.Actually it was in 1986 not 89 because the Mundial was going on that year.[World Cup Soccer].

  13. wow, Mexico actually has a legitimate murder case on someone, with evidence and a suspect. I wish they would treat the thousands of others that have occurred throughout the years with the same amount of resources as this one. If he's guilty let him do his time, but it actuality its another PR stunt by EPN, he likes his public rating to be good just like his hair.

    1. 8:02 apparently the "legitimate murder charges" against el güero palma are one more fabrication of the government, but without televisa help...

      Delete
    2. Why would they be fabricated? You think he murdered no one and is innocent?Quit being naïve if you are a long time reader. It looks like Sinaloa has lost their protection.Power they have yes, protection no and you need complicity to survive or they never would have got as big as they are. These cartels are even bigger than a lot of top 10 companies.Unreal!
