DEA: Mexican Cartel influence in the U.S. 2015

By Lucio R. for Borderland Beat. Material from U.S. D.E.A. agency 2015 report

The information in this report, and maps, reflect data collected by the United States Criminal Task Force (OCDETF)

The report identifies cartel cells operating in the U.S. as:

Sinaloa, Gulf Cartel (CDG), Juarez, Los Caballeros Templarios (LCT) Beltran-Leyva (BLO), CJNG, Los Zetas, and Los Moicas.

Presently limited to the West Coast, CJNG has ventured into the U.S., news reports have indicated that CJNG is challenging Sinaloa in some of its areas of influence.

Sinaloa maintains the most significant presence in the United States, dominating the west coast, Northeast and Midwest.

CDG and Zetas dominate the southwest border.

LCT:  continues to traffic through cells and splinter groups.

BLO: Most influence is on the east coast and is responsible for most the heroin in Denver

Los Moicas (Michoacán) remains a regional supplier on the west coast, (  Formerly with LFM)

Heroin overdose deaths increased by triple from 2010 to 2013, see OD map above

Increased demands for heroin stems from increased availability, and RX drug abusers replacing expensive prescription drugs to the much lower priced heroin.

  1. Cia and Dea allow this to happen with their backing of the sinaloa cartel. It's hard to believe for some Joe schmoe to believe but I believe this to be true. With no facts to back up my allegations but I can see how the flow is so easily flowing to and from with no resistance from either side. And from a media stand point it's easy to put the blame on the bad guys (Mexican smugglers). It's an illusion sold on both sides for the corruption of the human soul for the Ole mighty dollar.

    1. I'm from Texas and I can say yes here in Texas like anywhere else there is a cartel presence. Ive never seen Juarez Zetas BLOZ Sinolas (and their various factions ) Templars Familia and Gulf (and their various faction) in one place before Texas is an Animal.
There are shoot outs and executions like Mexico but not out in the open.
Its not tomatoes falt I don't think they knew the damage they did to their country. Remember the Zetas (La Mierda) were created to combat the incursions the Sinaloa was making to Gulf territory. The started the civil unrest and social decline equally. (DEA Sinola Gulf Mierda)

    2. Exactly. I think that the US does protect Sinaloa so they have an excuse to increase their influence over Central and Latin America. With everybody concerned about the traffickers, they get the blame even though they've all just been brought up into it and people think that the 'war on drugs' (which hasn't stopped any anything) is a good thing.

    3. Thats why Vicente Zambada Niebla is untouchable n they dont know what to with him. He confessed that DEA allows the Sinaloa Cartel to smuggle.

    4. 1:03 yea but that litle snitch is in solitary confinement. He is not loving life right now i'm sure

    5. Nobody "allows" a damn thing. Everything has its price and it's so friggin high that only CDS has been willing to pay up. Can yoh imagine how many millions of dollars your papi Chapo pays to get green light on land air and sea to cross vitamins for the US population? DEA FBI ATF US Border Patrol etc..all in it together.

      Delete
    6. Yes of course I believe anything Zambada says..Mexico is the worlds biggest drug producer, and its all the fault of everyone else..Not Mexico or her government, everybody just uses Mexico, its not fair...

    7. 1:03 wrong, DEA arrested and took vicentillo to chicago for trial, mainly for requesting big bombs, because he had enough rifles and grenades...
--on trial, vicentillo said he was working for the CIA AND demanded they testify...
--the CIA promptly refused...they can not come to court and lie on behalf of anyone, much less to say the truth...the national security of the US is at stake...

If the CIA or DEA did something for Uncle Sam just remember this bullshit quoate "sacrafice a few for the good of many"

That quoate entails sacrafice as many as needed to save our elite few.

--Mañosos hiding under guise of defenders of democracy and being the petticoats of their politicians with "strange habits" hijacked democracy to feed their greed, and kept their I'll gotten gains "offshored"...
--and invested a lot of it on companies that steal american jobs, and offshore whole industries away from the US, some of them include the ability to go and create their own wars for profit and demand backing from the US government...
--they have also sacrificed millions of people by now pushing their agendas...

  14. Where there's a demand, there's a supply. Where there's the USA, there's Cartels. Why the governments don't sort their problems out is beyond me. I can only assume they WANT murders, death, hassle, ill people, joblessness, homelessness, prisons, guns, diseases, stress, and stinky heroin addicts / crackheads everywhere? You guys need to work out where you stand pretty soon, with the b.s. government or with yourselves. Don't become complacent in your little bubble of mediocrity 'cause it won't last...HH

      Do you know that?
Its not where you from its where you are at ever heard that??
Im not from your city (never want to go based on poverty scale the amiunt if STDs the high drug use and violenve let alone all the stupid we are all one race bullshit) and I know for a fact that two BIG rival gangs at one time worked for only one cartel . Yet were still at war outside and inside the correctional facility's.
If the Zetas are in your stinky windy city I know for a FACT BLOZ operate in Chicago anf I'm not from Illinois I'm in Texas... But guess where they send your BIG gang drug couriers to? Texas.
Dont say this or that with out actually having a clue.
In Chicago there is this Idea of equality and stupid shit like integration.and thanks to lazy people begging for welfare section 8 makes it an EQUALITY to live next to rich people. And all then this oh well we are either FOLK or PEOPLE nation and must all collaborate or allie to such with in their gang.

This is why Chicago is STUPID. When you hit the County or FED you enter into a RACE WAR.... IDIOTS. But on the streets its all YMCA ...

      Accept facts

    1. Hustlers from psychopath MX cartels migrating to smalltown USA? This makes sense to me, more potential wealth to tap and less competition / danger... A tidy little suburban apartment or house, don't raise much suspicion, daily commute to the cities, send the $$$ back to the bosses, safer life, a step up the ladder compared to say, Apatzingan or narco tienditas in Juarez?

      Delete
    2. There are many small low apartments to hang low in in Carlsbad, except there are a lot of cops in that area. Every are needs a distributer, or a supplier. I was just surprised to see Carlsbad on the map with cartel presence. I'm not surprised they're there, but Oceanside would seem like an easier (bigger) place to lay low.

    3. (ZETAS/ISIS)Bowles writes "...according to  Borderlandbeat.com and
Motherboard.com, ..the authorities, raided two shops in Mexico that were producing AR-15 pattern rifles. These shops were manufacturing weapons with the intent of selling them to organized crime.... What has been confirmed by Mexican authorities is the presence of ISIS militants.. camped only a few miles from the Texas border in an area known as Anapra. According to.. sources, coyotes working for the Juarez Cartel are smuggling these terrorists in through areas known for their weak security and police forces. ... ISIS plans to exploit the transportation infrastructure of port-of-entry Santa Theresa, New Mexico... sources also indicated that ISIS is conducting reconnaissance of government and infrastructure facilities, as well as universities..."
(From columnist John Bowles, El Toreador, published 26 August '15).

    4. At 1:42 eye opener .
If ISIS is working with the Juarez cartel that WILL envoke a response by Uncle Sam to start incursions and patrol convoys along the border.
It would be easier to walk across the canadian border than mexico but I guess ISIS prefers hot arid climate and sandy rocky terrain

      Delete
    5. 12:11PM... I think the point might be that Zetas/ISIS are cut from the same cloth by the same pair of tijeras--Made In USA brands. John Bowles is a propagandist, to say the least. I've read the whole piece by Bowles that's posted above. It is basically a total wind up, but! What is clear from it is the Zeta/ISIS links to Juarez Cartel. ISIS and Los Zetas connection isn't breaking news, anymore. Turning it into additional propaganda pieces to help give the gringos the public excuses they're looking for is a new low. If, they do roll their tanks by the 1,000's over the border, they will grab CNN, FOX headlines, no doubt. Why not walk ISIS/Zeta punks across the Canadian border, you ask? Well, there's hardly any need, is there? Los gringos already own Canada, stole their country right out from under their rather up-turned noses. The Canadians were too busy being well behaved to notice it, I guess.
