Is there a reason why a deceased man should be beheaded, shot at, and then have what appears to be a 10-pound rock dropped on him? On all fronts of the ongoing Sinaloa civil war, the answer is no. 

Assassins from the Chapiza mob would have you think otherwise as they go about committing every crime without a care in the world.
