Mexican Army kills 10 more sicarios in Nuevo Leon

A gunbattle between Mexican Army troops and members of a Zeta cell in the municipality of Agualeguas, Nuevo Leon, Thursday afternoon resulted in the deaths of 10 gunmen and the seizure of 10 rifles, 5 vehicles, military uniforms and tactical gear, 2 thousand rounds of ammunition and ten 40mm grenades.

Agualeguas is located northeast of Monterrey, off the Monterrey-Ciudad Mier highway and approximately 50 miles from the Texas border.

The gun battle occurred in a house and compound appropriated by the criminals in the small community of La Escondida, on the road between Sabinas Hidalgo and Agualeguas. During the fighting at least 20 other Zetas were able to escape into the surrounding countryside.

Six of the gunmen were reportedly killed inside the home and 4 other were killed in the surrounding brush as they were pursued by the soldiers.

One soldier was wounded in the attack.

I don't understand why this people live in this conditions, don't they make a lot of money?
For one thing I'm happy about the military killing all this MF I don't see this people as cartels no more, I see them as fucking terrorist.

  5. Couldn't have been much of a battle..look closely at that picture..no shell casings...very little blood if any, and the rifles have been staged in their hands..

Pretty white socks for being on that ground: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F_SxNL6B5Ng/Tk6WGiLe11I/AAAAAAAAJq8/YzYvpaTWq7E/s400/agua17.JPG

They say they killed 6 inside. Of course this is staged view, it many times is.
Not that I'd give a F even if they all were executed after surrendering.

    More than 4 outside: http://www.blogdelnarco.com/2011/08/imagenes-militares-abaten-10-sicarios.html#more

No big deal, just some filthy cannon fodder.

  13. You guys are funny. Trying to one-up each other in your analysis of the photos. "This was obviously staged!" No, ya think.

In other comments you're bitching because the army arrested someone instead of killing them. I agree with those who say kill 'em all - unless there is some intel to get out of 'em first - then kill 'em.

  14. I think a hole lot of what we are reading is propaganda. The military always gets their man and never has a fatality. They line a few pounds of bunk weed up, a slew of bullets, a few ragged rifles, and some dead peasants and say they knocked a hole in the cartel. Have y'all ever seen the real Mexican Army. They are a bunch of scronny, under feed, uneducated kids that drag their rifles behind them.

How can it be that these cartels can hit governors, federal police captains, federal police, state police, municipal police, politicians, however when it comes to the military, there is an invisible barrier around them that the cartels cannot even injure one of them.

So while y'all are doing your military mantra cheerleading, I am wondering what percentage of the reporting is real, partially real or totally fabricated. The later is most likely.

MY FRIEND THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHOOTING A GUN AND KNOWING HOW TO SHOOT A GUN AND PRACTICE MAKES PEOPLE BETTER YOU CAN'T COMPARE POLICE TRAINING WITH MILITARY TRAINING.

MY LEVEL OF EDUCATION IS LOW AND I CAN SEE HOW WELL EDUCATED YOU ARE AND I CAN JUST TELL YOU DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. REMEMBER VIETNAM THE LITTLE UNDER FEED TUNNEL RATS OR VIETCONG DEFEATED THE MIGHTY WELL FEED WELL TRAINED WELL EDUCATED WELL EQUIPPED U.S.A.

WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? THE WAY I SEE IT THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING POSITIVE THEY ARE FIGHTING CRIME BETTER THAN OUR OWN MEXICAN POLICE HERE IN MEXICO.

  16. I served with the 7a zona militar in Mexico, got a visa and served 15 years with the 82nd Abn Div and 6 years with the 75 Rangers, after reading your comments I can tell that you don't know shit about the Mexican Army. They are as professional as any army can be. I can not say the same about the Mexican politicians. Thanks and God bless.
