Unconfirmed Presumed Apprehension of Héctor Beltrán Leyva in Puebla

Despite different versions, that have been circulating this evening, surrounding the arrest of the Beltran Leyva cartel leader Héctor Beltrán Leyva it has not been confirmed.

After a military operation in the division Concepción Buenavista in Puebla, it was reported in a variety of media sources that they had captured the leader of the Beltran Leyva cartel, Héctor Beltrán Leyva, alias "El H."

However, after the initial reports had been made public that spoke of the capture of the capo, the authorities have not yet confirmed the alleged apprehension. We will be following up on any updates and providing any information that might develop.

  1. El Grande talking maybe? You'd think as soon as Grande went down El H would be out of the country, if not the state, at least switch houses, hide out.

    Maybe the end of the Beltranes? Or a further fractured cartel resembling El Teo's old group in Tijuana?

  2. Just keep in mind that Nacho and La Barbie's capture was announce well before the authorities actually caught up to them. Who knows? I'll believe it when I see him in handcuffs.

  3. Other than Nacho, seems like the Sinaloa Cartel still remains on top! Hmmm, who will be the next to fall? Definetly not Chapo, maybe El Azul or El Peinado? I really hope it is El Lazca or El 40, want to see Los Zetas go down.
