The La Chapiza Cartel captured a hitman named Adolfo Soto Zepeda in Culiacan, Sinaloa. Mr. Soto Zepeda works for Jesus Rafael Yocupicio, "El Cabezon". El Cabezon," is a lieutenant of Alfonso Arzata Garcia, "El Aquiles," who is a key ally of Ismael Zambada Sicairios, "Mayo Flaco," leader of the Mayo Zambada criminal organization. 

La Chapiza interrogated Adolfo Soto Zepeda for almost two minutes and Soto Zepeda was out of breath with visible signs of torture. Soto Zepeda claims to be twenty-seven years old and mentions to have been captured in Culiacan, Sinaloa.

Jorge Luis Mendoza Uriarte, el Güero Chompas, was arrested last Thursday in the Costa Rica syndicate, municipality of Culiacán.
