Culiacán, Sin.- Early Thursday morning, it was reported that banners with a message addressed to the president of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, were placed on at least three different bridges in Culiacán.

The message on the banners exposed two people, allegedly criminals accused of multiple crimes in states such as Durango and Zacatecas, who are identified by the aliases of 'el JL' and 'El 02'.

Authorities shared that the banners were placed, one on the black bridge, on the Paseo Niños Heroes or old boardwalk; another on the bridge of the Álvaro Obregón and México 68 extension and another one on the bridge that leads to the Seminario, on the México 15 highway north of Culiacán.

According to what can be read in these messages, it is accused that the people mentioned allegedly intend to start committing crimes such as extortion in Culiacán and Mazatlán.

On the banners were placed photographs of the individuals mentioned and at the end of the banners, it is allegedly the Sinaloa Cartel that is claiming responsibility for the placement of these plants.

It is important to point out that after a tour around 6:30 a.m., the banners had apparently already been removed by the authorities.
