Five Mexican nationals appeared at Warwickshire Crown Court today on charges of conspiracy to produce methamphetamine, the first reported case in the UK in which Mexican citizens have been charged specifically with manufacturing the drug.
The five men were arrested on August 13 at a meth lab in remote farmland near Furnace End in Warwickshire, United Kingdom.
The five men were identified by British authorities as: Alejandro Ambriz Dimas, 45, from Michoacan in southern Mexico; Victora Ramirez, 47, Fausto Beltran, 33, Lioncio Moso Borja, 37, and Jose Nunez Angolo, 44, all from Culiacan, Sinaloa.

Meth labs were in the UK since the late 90s, usually by Dutch, Israeli, or homegrown criminals. There drug of choice though, historically, is ecstasy.

The Hells Angels (yes we've got them here) tended to run the trade , and they dealt PCP too . I remember when crystal meth first appeared in the early 90's it was actually imported from Hawaii & Japan and cost £100 a gram ($135) which is the main reason it never took off

My Uncle used to rent out his farm to La Chispa (before he got murked) and El Verdugo Lazca, and some Sick in the head Guatemalan Zetilla called Z-2000 back then when I was a wee nipper in a small town called Macclesfield in the County of Cheshire. It was mostly there subordinates that would come over, but occasionally Lazca and his boys would pop over for a week or 2 with that little shithouse La Ardilla trying to make a name for himself, trying to bully the locals until he got put on his arse by one of my Uncles Cousins nephews called Connor.
