ReplyDeleteI mean Chapo is not only in the highest maximum security prison but he is also in an entirely different country than his homeland which makes even prison gangs who by nature developed ways to communicate outside prison walls, difficult to operate.
I don't know if this story is propaganda by Cartels to favor them or the U.S. to use this as an excuse attack these more directly?

ReplyDeleteIt could be very possible that he has some say in the cartel world. He's allowed visits that are being recorded but he can talk in code. He can also have visits with his lawyer and those visits can't be recorded by law. They are completely private which means that the lawyer can be the messenger to the cartel. Nuff Said!!!
