Mazatlán, Sinaloa. Personnel from the Mexican Navy rescued two people who were being illegally deprived of their liberty in El Habal, north of Mazatlán.
According to an official statement from the Interinstitutional Group, naval personnel responded to a C4i report on the situation of these two individuals through ground reconnaissance and preventive patrols in the vicinity of the town of El Habal, north of the port.
