    6. That second picture is when SEMAR/MARINA captured him in ZMG but his people picked up the gobernador and made a trade with the Federal government, if I remember correctly FCH was presidente so it was in sometime before December 2012.
The picture where he's much skinnier is allegedly from when he went to a clinic or hospital to be treated.

  3. All this dirt bag can do is build a crappy bridge for the towns people? How about give them 4000 pesos of food stamps each month for each adult. Better yet how about give them free health care. Mencho is a cheap bastard. He's worth billions and he builds a stupid bridge that my 10 year old can also build. He needs to die already. Nuff Said!!!

    1. What you talking about. En Los Altos he built a couple schools and filled them with school supplies and laptops for the shorty’s.

      Delete
    2. @10.36. He built a couple of schools? With the proceeds from the business he runs which deliberately leaves thousands of displaced "shorties" in hundreds of villages and towns throughout Mexico fleeing from their homes for their lives? Those kids won't even have a home, let alone an education, and it's a deliberate strategy to burden the authorities and free up territory. For every thousand schools shut down a local businessman funds one with a sentimental message from Senor Mencho.

      Delete
    3. @01:21 Nuff Said!!

That’s the role of the US government, to give every noncitizen Mexican illegal alien banned from the Federation, $225 USD of food stamps and free healthcare for life.

Plus Mexico already has free healthcare. So, what is your point?

How much do you think Mencho pays? It’s a lot more than 225$ or 4,000 peso $.

      Delete
    4. 10:26 no he did not pay for these schools, an author was "paid/ aka silver or lead" to WRITE that he did, just as rumor had it that El cheapo did the same throughout Somalia, health centers etc.....more propaganda.
Did mencho and company claim this, of course

    5. Its easy to build a building with kidnapped helpers filled with stolen at gunpoint supplies and run half assed for 3 mos with stolen funds only to close 6mos later due to lack of any funding after the camera stops rolling to show the lack of virtue of cjng or any of these douche bags

    1. Mencho personally is against extortion but he can’t necessarily control the cells that extorts in certain regions

      Delete
    2. 2:02 and thats what people don't understand that its impossible to control all the people that are in his organization or in any other organization.. id say even el Mayonesa Z is against that as well yet his people in Zacatecas still do it

      Delete
    3. @2.02. "Mencho personally is against extortion?" He expanded his empire through extortion, like Los Zetas. It's like saying Mayo is "personally against drug dealing, but he can't always control his men". When CJNG say they do not extort from the locals all it means is they are safe from jackals, because the wolf has already eaten. Extortion was a fundamental part of CJNGs business plan, and there are dozens of ways to do it.

      Delete
    4. @3.01. Menchos expansion plans depended upon aggressive extortion. They are only against it AFTER they have forced the local authorities to bow, it has nothing to do with the principle.

The U.S is kinda like CJNG in this case, or any cartel for that matter, in the sense that they arrive to a new Plaza and destabilize the region by way of increasing the violence.

  28. These cartel guys don't build them bridges for the people it's for the them so they can move around easier. But they do take care of people atleast rebuild schools add ac internet, and clinics and more.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. @1.53. That's true about the bridges being for their own benefit, but it's exactly the same thing with the other community projects you mention. Doing those things are a condition of them being able to take over parts of the local infrastructure, co-opting the local police etc. People say they do a job the local government won't do, but they usually do the bare minimum in areas they have often deliberately taken over from local government.

    2. Are you insane my man?? Are you speaking of the shitty WiFi they set up and demanded residents pay for or die?? For every school they build how many terror camps do they set up to train 'kids" to kill, decapitate, kidnap, extort, and every other evil thing these savages do on a daily business???
