Tony Montana' is to be handed over to the U.S. to stand trial in Washington on charges of conspiracy to import cocaine and methamphetamines.

WRITTEN BY: RAUL FLORES MARTINEZ

ANTONIO OSEGUERA-CERVANTES "TONY MONTANA"

Beatriz Moguel Ancheyta, the judge in control of the Federal Criminal Justice Center of the East Prison, determined that it is appropriate to extradite Antonio Oseguera Cervantes, "Tony Montana", brother of Rubén or Nemesio Oseguera, "El Mencho", the alleged leader of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation (CJNG), to the United States.

The judge considered that there is no doubt that the identity of the requested person corresponds to the detainee, in addition to the fact that the request for surrender from the United States complies with the Extradition Law and the Bilateral Treaty on the matter.

According to sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) "Tony Montana" must be handed over to the U.S. to be tried in the Federal Court of the District of Columbia, in Washington, D.C., on charges of conspiracy to import cocaine and methamphetamines and possession of a firearm in support of such conspiracy.

Moguel Ancheyta, sent his legal opinion to the SRE so that, within a maximum period of 20 days, it may decide whether to grant or deny the requested extradition.

DECISION IS NOT BINDING

It should be recalled that Moguel's decision is not binding, i.e., it does not oblige the Foreign Ministry to resolve in the same sense as the judicial authority.

The litigation still has a long period of time to go, because the strategy of the defense of the accused, who will oppose the extradition, and also the SRE to issue its decision and order the extradition, Oseguera Cervantes, is still pending.

    2. If you give three cases to the federal prosecutor you get a reduce sentence. The three cases have to be convictions.

  23. Cjng is protected by the American embassies across mexico..he had a deal with the dea at one point but you know our government isn't always satisfied so they fucked that up that's why they coming at him hard with these rewards... but cjng is protected by the Guatemalan government.. you might think " how it's relevant for cjng to be backed by the Guatemala " ?? Simple it's cuz the Guatemalan military is backed by our "usa" military so it comes full circle.. so in proxy terms, mencho is basically back buy usa but not directly.
He will never get caught in my opinion...but I thought the same about Rafael quintero but look what happened with him.. he only got caught because he turned himself in... he was broke and tired from going to place to place stressing his family out..he was protected by his people but resources was limited..he gave himself up so his "family" can cash in on that 25 million reward our government of the usa was offering. Think about it guys... that man wasn't involved in modern cartel shyt..just people I his family was..it's really complex when it comes to this narco shyt. .you guys think it's simple but there's alot that goes into it.. alliances moving product, etc I could imagine especially not getting arrested nor betrayed 😂
