CJNG Squeezes In CDMX: Mencho's Cartel Gets Stronger In The Last Week

This article was translated and reposted from RADIOFÓRMULA.MX

The CJNG operates mainly in one mayoral district in the north of the CDMX, but has sparked fear in other areas.

"MENCHO"

The CJNG keeps its criminal operations alive in the CDMX.

The Jalisco Cartel - New Generation (CJNG) is becoming more and more frequent in Mexico City (CDMX), and in the last week it carried out a kidnapping attempt and abandoned a human head in a cooler.

A report by the US Congressional Research Service states that the criminal organization led by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, better known as 'El Mencho', has a presence in 28 of the country's 32 states, including Mexico City.

Information from the Ministry of National Defense (Sedena), leaked by the hacker group Guacamaya Leaks, indicates that the CJNG operates mainly in the municipality of Gustavo A. Madero, under the command of Omar Ramses "N", alias "El Calaca".

However, since 2015, the Jalisco-based criminal group has left its "footprint" in other parts of the country's capital, such as in the municipalities of Tlalpan, Álvaro Obregón and, in recent days, Cuajimalpa.

CJNG goes 'wild' in CDMX

During the weekend, members of the CJNG tried to perpetrate a virtual kidnapping in Cuajimalpa, according to Mayor Adrián Rubalcava.

He detailed that the criminals tried to collect a ransom from the relatives of two young people, whom they forced to stay in a room on the 10th floor of a hotel located in the vicinity of Santa Fe, while they demanded to be on a phone call.

However, the parents of the victims managed to contact the authorities, who mounted an operation to rescue the young people. No one was arrested in this case.

No arrests were reported in Gustavo A. Madero, after a human head was abandoned in a cooler in the vicinity of the Reclusorio Norte, located on Tecnológico Avenue.

Along with the cooler, criminals left a narcomessage signed by the CJNG and with a message addressed to extortionists from La Unión Tepito, 'Chucho Masero' and other criminal cells.

However, in December, CJNG members were arrested, including Carlos Barrera Blanca, alias "El Mafafa", accused of homicide and extortion of shopkeepers in Iztapalapa.

    9. @8:46 yes exactly like that . They’re like shark eyes . Theres no soul inside the person. The average person will feel some kind of guilt/ shame from killing another human being . But I’d bet money that guys like those don’t . Same soulless eyes are the Trevino brothers and a lot of other guys we read about . Any sense of humanity/compassion they were born with , is no longer in them . And I feel like it shows in the eyes . My brother has the same eyes in his in his photos . And as much as I’d like to think he wouldn’t kill me for upsetting him in any way , something inside of me says he will if he would get the chance . He no longer will see the light of day outside a prison
(113 yr consecutive sentence ), and as saddening as it is to say , deep down me and my family are kind of relieved , because he has no regard for human life, regardless if it’s family or not . And before he did all the horrible things he did , his eyes did not like the way they looked after that , and still do today.

    12. @11:42 He killed 3 people, chopped them up , and burned them in a 55 gallon drum in Cowley County, Ks back in the early 2000’s . One guy supposedly owed him $8,000 , so he shot him 8 times with a shotgun( a bullet for every $1000) in the basement of his nightclub, and then snapped the guy’s dog neck as a cruel joke. Then about 4 days later he killed 2 brothers , inside the same club . He made the people he had working for him at the club , chop up the bodies and stuff their body parts in a refrigerator, that he moved to my old house until he was able to find a place to burn their remains . The people obviously did it out of fear that they would be killed too if they said no . The only one who probably wasn’t scared of him, was my 11 year old nephew at the time , who witnessed the 2 brothers being shot to death at the bar . He enjoyed killing and talked about wanting to kill all types of people (prior to all this and even to this day ) , even my/his own mom , my other brother , and his wife. He almost killed my other brother . By the grace of God he was able to get away , but almost didn’t . Even said he had planned to kill me at one time ( I was maybe 10 yrs old at the time ) just take revenge on my mom for not giving him “her blessing “ to kill my other brother . He was and still is one dangerous guy. I didn’t start talking to him until last year ( after 20 years of him being in prison ) , and even though I know he’s never going to get out of prison , I still don’t trust him one bit . He has no remorse for the people he killed and says if he could go back in time , he would kill them again, except he would also kill the employees who witnessed the killings and ended testifying against him in court . I ended up finding out that the 1st guy he killed didn’t even owe him money, but that my brother killed him, so he wouldn’t have to pay the guy . I always sort of justified the killings as “ part of the drug game”, but to know he killed the 1st guy so he didn’t pay him made me feel totally different about him. After finding that out , I don’t answer his phone calls anymore . I just feel like by talking to him or associating myself with him, something bad will end up happening to me . Even though he’s in prison, he still can get someone to do his dirty work for him . He’s a very manipulative individual. It sucks to know I feel like that towards my own blood brother , but it’s the truth . He’s a legitimate psychopath, and his eyes look the same as these narco/ sicario killers….. the soulless dead shark eyes 😟

    13. All I see is the face of a severely ill and diabetic man .. I can’t pick up anything scary in his eyes, nor Chapo’s, nor Mayos nor Amado,Viecente nor Z40… the only one with a scary soulless look is the legendary Guero Palma .. there is a particular picture where he was released from prison and immediately put back in custody and he is wearing a face mask .. you can look at the way he stares down the officer directing him back inside … That is a scary look !

    14. If you’re in tune with the makeup of a persons soul you can look in there eyes and gather of information. But you have to know what to look for. Menchos eyes are killer eyes. That dead ass stare like it’s nothing there. Most of the serial killers have it. Most capos as well. Osiel especially as well as Lazcano

    2. Have you read about El Cartel de Neza (Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl, Estado de México) and their leader "Ma Baker" who was connected to CAF since the 90's?
Might be an old article here on BB about her.
I know PROCESO had one, don't remember if it was published when they wrote "El México Narco" series.
Supposedly after she and her daughters were captured the remaining players founded La Union Tepito.
