Culiacán, Sin.- On Friday morning, November 3, two days before the celebration of the Day of the Little Angels, a baby was declared dead at the Pediatric Hospital due to fentanyl intoxication.
The infant was identified by authorities as Julian 'N', only 1-year-old, who lived with his parents in Colonia 6 de Enero.
