A 10 man faction of armed assassins for the Grupo Tercios appear on film. Every male is in uniformity in clothing and weaponry. They’re all donning blue jeans, black long sleeve shirts, black chest rigs, black balaclavas, and black baseball caps. The sameness in their attire is meant to convey intimidation against rivals.

A lone male in dark clothing with his back toward this formation stands in the background on the right side of this video. More than likely this person was positioned there as a sentry while their communique was being filmed.
