Subject showed alleged permits with some inconsistencies.

The driver of a tractor-trailer that was transporting 66 thousand liters of fuel in two pipes, was detained by state police officers of the State Security Secretariat, after he failed to prove the legal possession of the hydrocarbon.

The events took place on the Lagos de Moreno to San Juan de Los Lagos highway in the Chipinque de Abajo neighborhood, in the municipality of Lagos de Moreno, in the Altos Norte region.

The double tanker vehicle was detected during patrols by members of the police.

They observed a white tractor-trailer, model 2023, with two semi-trailers, each with a capacity to transport 33,000 liters of hydrocarbons.

After the security protocols, the driver of the unit identified himself as Francisco Aurelio "N", 48 years old, who upon presenting the documents requested to verify the legal transportation of his load, showed alleged permits with some inconsistencies.

For this reason, the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Attorney General's Office in Lagos de Moreno was informed of the incident.

The federal prosecutor ordered his arrest and the seizure of the fuel, the tractor-trailer and the tanks. This agency will continue with the investigations.

It is worth mentioning that the State Police personnel constantly carry out this type of seizures in this municipality of the Highlands region.
