"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

It is still unknown if it is one or more persons

The area was cordoned off by municipal and federal authorities, so that Criminal Investigation Agents and Experts could carry out the removal of the human remains

Residents of the community of Tenango belonging to the municipality of Apaseo el Grande, reported the macabre discovery of human remains in plastic bags. This happened when they were passing by the Velas Bridge, where they were abandoned. The event took place this Saturday morning.

The report of the discovery was made at the Command, Control, Communication and Computing Center, better known as C4, minutes after 6:00 a.m., for this reason the authorities went to the place where they corroborated the fact, giving notice to elements of the Regional Prosecutor's Office C.

The area was cordoned off by municipal and federal authorities, so that Criminal Investigation Agents and Experts could remove the human remains and collect the evidence found there. For the moment it is not known if the human parts are one or more bodies.

The remains were found inside plastic bags, and the perpetrators left a cardboard with a message whose content is unknown. Due to the unpopulated area where the bags with the human remains were left, there were no eyewitnesses.

Once the personnel of the Regional Prosecutor's Office C processed the place, they transferred the plastic bags with the human remains to the Forensic Medical Service in the state capital, to determine if they are one or more persons. In addition, forensic studies will be carried out there to achieve their identification.

The Regional Prosecutor's Office C, opened the corresponding investigation folder, in order to find those responsible for the crime and the motive that led them to commit it and to bring them to justice so that they can be judged according to the law and receive their sentence and serve it in a state prison.
