Apaseo el Alto. Guanajuato: Man Killed in Jardín Alameda In Miguel Avila Camacho Neighborhood

A man was shot and killed at the Jardín Alameda, in the Manuel Avila Camacho neighborhood, dozens of people witnessed the attack.

So far the identity of the man, who was left with a 'narco message' by his assailants, remains unknown.

The attack occurred around 5 p.m., in the Manuel Avila Camacho neighborhood, between Calle Benito Juarez and Calle Lazaro Cardenas.

Because of the time of the attack, several people witnessed the attack, it is a busy place where families gather to enjoy an ice cream or dessert.

The man was shot from a close range.The man was sitting on one of the benches enjoying the shade of the trees. Two people apparently approached the man and started shooting at him, regardless of the people around. 

The assailants approached him and at close range fired with a short gun. The victim fell to the ground and was left face up, with wounds to his head and chest.

Attack in Apaseo el Alto: The assailants apparently shot the man from a motorcycle. After the shots were fired, people passing by the area reported the incident to 911.

Municipal Police personnel at the crime scene observed the man with blood on his face and a neon green poster with a message from organized crime on the side. One of the versions is that two assailants were were traveling on a motorcycle.

The man was wearing sports clothes. Criminal Investigation agents went to the scene to gather information about the murder. The deceased was wearing sportswear, a black cap, a white t-shirt, black shorts and tennis shoes. Forensic experts took photographs, processed the scene, and collected evidence.
