Chihuahua, Chihuahua: Municipal Policeman Is Executed In Broad Daylight

A Chihuahua Municipal Police officer is executed with an AK-47 rifle just before Marco Bonilla's report
 
Organized crime put the finishing touches to Mayor Marco Bonilla's government report.
 
Armed mercenaries shot and killed a municipal police officer in the Alamedas neighborhood.

The officer was shot at Walter Scott and Silviano Prat streets as he was leaving his home to get into a Chevrolet Silverado.

The assailants were on board a red Jeep Cherokee in which they fled.

His name was Arturo Hernandez Sanchez.

    Per this report, the cop had not been doing patrol work or any police street work for 3 years. He was pretty much a police guard at a Municipal office.

    Begs the question. Why did they go after him? My guess he was involving loads or something as a side gig.

  8. Very sad and the officer didn't seem conserned about his operational security. However, I will say that that truck is more than any polícia in our town can afford???
